#1 should be Gamera. He was the monster in his first movie, but then turned around and started defending Japan or Earth in every sequel afterward.

When I Watched The POTC Movies For The First Time Last Summer, Barbossa's Return In Dead Man's Chest Came Out Of Left Field For Me. Another Villain Whose Return From The Dead And Switch To Good That Surprised Me Was Gally (Will Poulter) In The Maze Runner: The Death Cure.

Jason Voorhees in Freddy vs Jason. Even though he was sent by Freddy to kill people in Springwood, he eventually became an anti-hero in the last half when he and Freddy fought it out at Camp Crystal Lake. I mean watching them fight you'd want Jason to win

Leatherface never became a hero, Heather became a VILLAIN. After the events of the first movie, the Sawyer family resisted arrest and were killed in a mutual shootout with the cops. Leatherface then continued to murder and kill people, including Heather's friends, but the second she learned that she was his cousin and that the Sawyers were killed in a shootout, despite them being murderers and cannibals, she sided with them over the police, declaring THEM to be the murderers, then proceeded to protect and hide Leatherface so he could continue to murder. That is NOT Leatherface becoming a hero. Even if you want to condemn the police's actions, Leatherface and the Sawyers were still far worse and far more evil than anything the cops did.

Because thats the endoskeleton series. The model 101 refers to the skin/look of the organic tissue. In T2, when Uncle Bob reboots, the system refers to him as "Cyberdyne Systems Series 800 Model 101 Version 2.4"

This can be a human being enhanced and/or altered with robot parts, or a robot that gets modified to include organic parts. Androids are robots that are fully robotic, but have the look of male humans. Technically, female looking robots are called “gynoid”. So if we are going to be absolutely accurate, the Terminator is both an android and a cyborg.
