Thank you Annemarie for spelling this lesson out for me. The way how you've presented it and the sentences you've applied in examples have all zeroed in on feeling excited to boost my English proficiency. Although I've found all these 10 phrasal verbs as my favourites there are the ones I feel passionate about. They are to get ahead and go over. These days I'm making so many excuses and I feel shame of not being able to get ahead on my professional study. Hence I've given a commitment to go over my daily routine and get back on track immediately.

Thank you! That was really helpful. My favs are to get ahead and to zero in on something. Examples: 1. I really need to get ahead with a blog post I am working on. I have a lot of notes, now I need to sit up and write down the text. 2. We had a long meeting. We had to solve the issue. It took us some time to determine the problematic area and zero in on the failing feature.

My two favorite phrasal verbs 1-to spell something out. Last year I had to spell out "Fronting" to a young colleague who had never heard this word. 2-To go over I dislike noticing some errors in my messages after sending them. That's why i repeatedly go over them before sending them. Anne Marie, my favorite advisor and trainer. Take care!

Honestly speaking, all phrasal verbs are useful and I'm gonna try all of them! I have called off meetings and appointments due to the stay-at-home order. My university is working on going after more international students. Sorry to interrupt this topic is super difficult and I'm not following. Could you spell it out for me? I have to think through all the details of the design to zero in on this problem. I'm trying to get ahead in my oral English by taking online English lessons. There are three final exams in the following weeks, I might get burnt out. I have to put off my graduation due to failing to pass one exam. Australian telecom giants plan to roll out 5G service in the coming years. Before submitting your paper, It's necessary to go over the details and results.
