Pros:
1. Cost of living (if you are earning USD, freelancer based here but working somewhere else)
2. Visa free for 1 year
3. Food and wine (organic, cheap)
4. Landscape, seasons, (hiking, lots of activities, being in nature in capital city)
5. Public transport is cheap (you don’t necessarily need a car, walkable city)
6. Safety, low crime rate
7. Good internet, mobile services
8. Expat community, FB groups (easy to meet fellow expats)
9. Low tax/ no tax
10. Easy get away with English and Russian if you don’t speak georgian
