It’s an idiom that means “I’m tired like a dog” which is an expression that we use when we are super tired. It’s not slang, but I wouldn’t use it in official situations.

Es muy importante la introducción en cada video. ¿Si yo abro un video cualquiera del canal de ella y sin ella presentarse, cómo voy a saber el nombre de ella? De seguro podría yo criticarlo diciendo que es muy informal ella.😂😂😂 La introducción es muy importante para cada video. @@LinasLessons Emphasis on "non-existing." 😉 Here in the U.S., it's become difficult to even understand some news stories, because the pronouns are all mixed up and crazy. This is one of the reasons I've started studying Russian - so that maybe next year at this time I'll be in a less crazy country! *Спасибо за вашу помощь!*
