I LOVE REGENCY. This has been my most anticipated of the season and I don't care if its a flop because I just want to see ballrooms and costumes and dances and ahhhhhhhh I'm way too old to be this excited about doctor who but who cares

Is it true that next season will have four new writers?

I've wanted to be positive about each episode this series, I really have , however this series has yet to click with me. For the first time I won't bw watching when it drops on iPlayer this week , since my relatively new samsung tv has decided it will load iPlayer , menu and all, but won't play the selected programme and returns to the title page.

I've been a Dr Who fan since Matt Smith had fish fingers & custard! I eventually had to go back and watch from Chris Ecclesron's season 1 and every episode since. Sadly I haven't watched the classic seasons. I have heard great things anybody Tom Baker, William Hartnell, & many more of the classic Dr.'s It has been very hard to stay a fan these last couple of years. Lots of episodes feel like they are preaching. I have no idea why some of the things end up on the final drafts. Seems like one bad episode after another. After the anniversary specials I waited on this season with great anticipation! This may be my last season. After all the hype for this season, I feel disappointed I don't think I can continue with a show that continues to have great actors & completely wastes their talent with terrible writing & plots. I may be done

I really am not looking forward to it. It's going to be yet another Doctor in love thing. It never works well. River's flirting was creepy. Then there was Rose.... it didn't age well. Then, dear God 13 and Mandeep Gills character. It puts my teeth on edge every time. The two best were Martha and Jack. Largely because they were unrequited love stories.

Eeew! Ep6 was GAY! If you look beyond the gayness, you can see a descent plot about shape-shifters and Ruby's life being in danger because one of the bad guys had wanted "to be her." All the writers would have had to do was to give the Rogue character a reason to make the sacrifice of swapping places with Ruby when she was stuck within the teleportation triangle. (Hmm; let's see; how would they have done that???) But that's all. That's all the writers would have had to do to make it not gay. But it WAS gay. If the new Dr. Who is gay, then they should change the show's name to "Dr.Eeew!" 🤐😥😮😯😣
