To go to the finals and beat a Boston Celtics team with KG Paul Pierce and Ray Allen and win the chip when Kobe didn't have a top 5 player on his team is just unexplainable, yes Pau Gasol was a good player but come on I was calling Kobe the 🐐 years before he passed away been a Kobe fan since he came into the League as a rookie no matter what anyone can tell me Kobe is my 🐐

And he wasn't a sellout like LeBron or Durant!! He never complained about the team he had or asked to be traded to make a dream team! But LeBron won a championship with the cavs and they wasn't good!! LeBron did it all that year and selling out made him less likely to be a top 5!! Kobe definitely #1 all time

hes not the greatest, maybe one of the best, when Shaq left and before Gasol came, he was it on a mediocre team, not a lebron fan but he took Cleveland to a championship with a mediocre team(choked). even Jordan made a mediocre team good before Pippen came, Kobe couldnt do it, hes good but there was alot better.

This just my opinion 1. Lebron 2.mJ 3.kareem 4.magic 5.wilt 6.bird 7.kobe 8.duncan 9.SHAQ 10.hakeem Kobe was great but he wasn’t no greatest of all time he just wasn’t as good as Jordan or bron and Kareem for that matter because all 3 of them was the best of their era Kareem was by far the best player in the 70s decade Jordan was by far the best in the 90s and lebron was by far the best in the 2010s you can’t really say the same for Kobe because u got Tim Duncan who has won more regular season mvps and finals mvps and spent the same amount of years in the finals as Kobe in that decade💯

Mohammad Bilal of course Shaq needed Kobe to win I’m not sayin that but u can’t just say that Kobe didn’t get carried but then turn around in the same breath and say that Tim Duncan got carried by 4 different player that when u contradict yourself because Tim was always the best player on his team even when he was the youngbull playing wit David Robinson💯 and btw I was one of the people who thought Steph should have won finals mvp in 2015 I felt like he got robbed💯 and u can’t say that Lebron passes up the ball in clutch moments when he has more playoff game winners than Kobe and Jordan combined so if he was scared to shoot the what about kobe😂 bro I love kobe but he ain’t the goat man

Kobe isn’t the greatest player of all time, nor is he top 10. He isn’t on LeBron or Jordan’s level. And seriously you’re delusional if you think this. Larry Bird, LeBron James, Michael Jordan, Shaquille O’Neal, and many others are better than Kobe Bryant. Now let me get started on why. Kobe Bryant is 4th all time in most points scored. He’s 12th in points per game and LeBron is 4th. Kobe is 31st in assists and LeBron is 2nd. Only time Kobe has even been top 10 offensively is in career points. Yes Kobe is 4th on the all time scoring list, but he’s also 1st all time in most missed shots. In 2008, Kobe won his first MVP award. But, LeBron defeated Kobe in every category that year and deserved MVP, not Kobe. Kobe had an impressive 9x NBA-All defensive first team. Kobe finished his career in a negative 0.6 defensive player plus minus. Of those 9 times he made nba all defensive first team, in 6 of those he was in a negative defensive box plus minus. So every time he got on the court his team was getting worse defensively. Realistically, he should’ve never gotten that award. In per, Kobe Bryant is 24th and LeBron is 2nd, Jordan is 1st. In value over replacement player(VORP) which measures a players abilities offensively and defensively, Kobe Bryant is 16th and LeBron is 1st. Now let’s talk about bpm. Kobe is 38th all time in BPM and LeBron James is 1st. Kobe’s first 3 titles, Shaquille O’Neal was MVP and Kobe was 2nd fiddle. Kobe won mvp in the next 2, but in the 2010 finals, Pau Gasol ranked higher than him offensively and defensively. So Pau Gasol contributed to those 2 rings and he should’ve been MVP in 2010. Realistically Kobe Bryant has never won without a big man on his team. Kobe is 5/22 from clutch which is 23% LeBron is 12/23(52%) from clutch and Michael Jordan is 47 percent from clutch. So Kobe isn’t clutch in the playoffs. Kobe has played in 37 finals games. And he’s shot 50% or higher 4 times in the finals, BUT he’s shot 35% or lower 13 times in the finals. Percentage wise, Kobe isn’t really a good shooter. But he’s made difficult shots. LeBron shoots way better than Kobe in the finals. He’s shot 50% or higher 21 times in the finals, and has only shot 35% or lower 6 times. Jordan has shot 50% or higher 18 times and has only shot 35% or lower 3 times. Fun fact, Pau Gasol had more won shares than Kobe Bryant all the way up until 2012. Another thing is that the average player in the league is more efficient than Kobe Bryant. I make my case. Kobe isn’t the greatest nor is he top 10. He’s top 12-15.

@@7popqpop4 I’m not a LeBron fan lmao. I’m a realist who loves basketball. And I can agree that Kobe is one of the greatest SCORERS of all time. Especially when it comes to difficult shots. But he’s just not the greatest of all time nor is he top 10. It’s facts. Playoff performances prove it, STATISTICS prove it. You’re probably a typical Kobe Bryant fan that brings up his 5 championships, his “mamba mentality,” and how he’s so clutch in the playoffs. When you look deep into context none of that matters. Statistics are just one of the things that prove Kobe isn’t top 10.
