Your way of explaining and motivating is exactly the same how I motivate myself😅💯 through out the day, well out of 10 I do everything, But I will still pickup 3 habits for consistency 1- regular exercise 2- stay away from technology as much as uh can, and spend tym with your loved ones 3-Plan your day according and write it down.

Dear sir, thank you very much for nice talk on 10 good habits will change your life in 30 days. Some of your good habits I m already following since my college dsys. I will give more importance n practice 4:22 4:24 Gratitude, exercise, good diet, set goals, practice time management, not already using alcohol, drugs, smoking. Training, connecting with loved ones.
