The Gods of Destruction are an odd bunch. On one hand, they’re some of the most powerful beings in the multiverse where very few beings stand above them. Yet, they’re not immortal or infallible or omniscient and, also, their designs can be rather odd. Nevertheless, the Gods of Destruction are worth discussing. For all the power they possess, the rules they’re bound to can be just as interesting. Now, when we say rules, these are more common elements that Gods of Destruction follow and are not canon rules set in the anime, but a few of them can be described as such.
For example, as a rule in the anime and manga, Gods of Destruction can’t fight each other or else they’d destroy the universe they’re currently fighting in. This is just one of the rules we’ve seen play out in Dragon Ball Super that the Gods of Destruction follow. Others will touch on their powers, their relationship with the other deities and what sets them apart from the rest of the pantheon of Dragon Ball gods. We’ll also look at their specific relationship with the Kai’s, with Destroyers begin destroyers and Kais being creators. Totally forgot to mention about rules about time line. God of destruction are very strict about people messing with time . He even told vegta wife if he caught her playing with time again he’ll destroy the planet. God are forbidden to play with time.

I feel like Piccolo would be a great candidate to be a God of Destruction. I think Whis's training would finally allow him to match and possibly surpass the saiyans. Even just training on his own, he's shown that he can match SSJ2 Gohan (not as much of a milestone these days, but still impressive) so he's definitely capable of further growth. Also, he's really not getting much character development so it would be a good way of making him more involved.

it seems the power of energy of destruction produced by each destroyer depend on the strength of the destroyer. as we see, freiza was easily able to handle the energy of destruction thrown at him, and so did vegeta.

I'm a pretty big Dragon Ball fan! But I didn't know that Vegeta agreed to become a God of Destruction in exchange for his training. Now that I know that though, it makes sense as to why Vegeta was training with Whis without Goku lol. Interestingly enough, the power of destruction scales with the user’s power level, just like mortal ki techniques do. It’s scaling might be better than mortal techniques, but the Tournament of Power arc revealed that the power of destruction doesn’t have a set-in-stone power level that’s guaranteed to work 100% of the time, and it only looks that way because it’s not everyday that an incredibly powerful mortal gets a chance to resist it.

9:38 Its also my understanding a Destroyer has to destroy anything or anyone that may prove a threat to their respective universe. Beerus almost never does that part of his job. When Majin Buu started terrorizing Universe 7, Beerus was undoubtedly sleeping at the time, leaving the Kais (the gods of Creation) to deal with this particular problem.

I love the relationships between the angels and gods, its so funny to see them interact. XD Everything sounded about right except for Hakai capabilities. Gold form Frieza escaped and used it on Base form Goku and Vegeta's explosion overpowered it too. I think that the Hakai energy is always at a base power and cannot be amplified (but can be used in smaller quantities to destroy less matter) and anything weaker than that base power is auto destroyed like you said, but anything higher can escape as long as they have the willpower and brute power to do so explaining why a Frieza can escape (because his gold form amps him up A LOT) but Goku couldn't despite while in blue he is definitively more powerful (because he was surprised by it in base form and couldn't fight it off and transform at the same time). Although given how universe 9 was 1st to go out, maybe universe 9's god is very weak himself and could be contested by golden frieza as he seemed quite intimidated when talking to him. If so maybe energy of destruction only scales to its owners power meaning if Beerus used his Hakai on Frieza, Frieza wouldn't be able to deal with it and would be destroyed without even being able to struggle. So those are my 2 thoughts on how Hakai energy might work. If I missed anything that in the anime directly disproves this feel free to let me know.

another one you missed would be their choice of clothing where the title is shown with an arrow pointing the clothing is their choice of colored clothes like Champa with their signature color destruction uniforms Champa with a crimson red and Beerus with blue which is all seen on all the gods of destructions clothing of red green blue yellow and so on like the colors of a rainbow would have every god of destruction must have the same outfit with a different color since their chosen by the angels like if Goku or Vegeta were one that would keep the same color palette of Orange & Blue and Gray White & Gold

First of all UNLESS UR STRONGER THAN A DESTROYER like an angel or something you aint getting out. Also frieza was at his golden form and all warmed up after being ressurected goku was at base form and it was a sneak attack by frieza as well. Also Sidra gave only a little energy of destruction which is why frieza at his MOST POWERFUL i mention again even had a chance to get out.
