If we haven’t eat something before we usually ate martabak asin + martabak manis (which some place sells them together in one place) or if we have eaten something filling we’ll usually order roti bakar.

Yeah in that their area they only sell _sate taichan_ and _gultik_ so it would’ve better if you went to the back of that shopping center that you’ve been to before because the stalls had more variety there. 6:04 aw please don’t put clump us together with Malaysia when their version of fried chicken, even the ones sold with traditional _nasi lemak_ is your regular, cookie-cutter, western-style with batter. If you see batter-less, marinated fried chicken style of chicken served with tempeh in our neighboring countries, it means that the particular place sells Indonesian-style of fried chicken. 18:56 you’re right, in _tahu gejrot_ the tofu itself is fermented. Not everyone likes it when it’s too funky, so the ones sold on the streets are usually milder. 24:21 they were saying _cau_ which is just “banana” in Sundanese 😁
