The Douk Audio M1 PRO Bluetooth amplifier is rated at 160w x 2. These little amps need max voltage and enough current to even come close to that. So, I step up the voltage to 36v and provide it 10-amps. My best guess - it operates at about 140-160w (RMS) @ 1.5 ohms. Another thing, these mini amps like low impedance loads - so I run a D2 (2-ohm + 2-ohm) DVC subwoofer. Final impedance is 1.3 ohms. The tweeters are PRV silk dome. I use a 100w (20 ohm) resistor to knock the power down and then a 10 uF capacitor (for filtering) as a crossover. Power for this build is provided by any DeWalt 20v lithium battery. I left enough space inside to handle a big 9 aH DeWalt Flexvolt battery. No issues with the largest sized battery. This is a sealed box with double 10" rubber o-rings and gaskets. I bedlined the steel grill. It also has a 65w PD-USB and USB3.0 power jacks and voltmeter. Weight is 25 lbs.

Would you be willing to share your build parts list and skimatics? I have seen other boxes like this built but not with a sub. I want this box! Thanks and awsome work.

Ive been looking around for something like this! Although Im looking at a much smaller project for my nephew (he is getting into audio). I have a 4" Dayton I wanted him to build a ported box to mess with and I thought it would be "fun" for him to make it into a Bluetooth speaker. What type of run time? Is the 10" running the full audio range? IE mids as well?

hey Chris, nice work just have one question, with the outputs of the amp do you have the left output go to one side of the voicecoil and the right output go to the other side of the voicecoil or something different?

He wired the dual voice coils in parallel to a single 2ohm load

A DVC subwoofer has two coils. One channel (L) on the sub, I parallel in the left tweeter. The other channel (R) I parallel in the right tweeter. The amplifier is stereo (two channels). The Skar Audio IX-10 is a "D2" meaning 2-ohm and 2-ohm for each coil.

I do too, or a 15-18 in sub I should say. Maybe @@ChrisDIYerOklahoma can offer some advice. The hard part is you need an amp strong enough to power a decent 15-18 sub and a battery big enough for that amp.

I don't build and sell...unless someone has really deep pockets. It costs too much to build these and market/sell. Parts alone for something like this is around $500-600. And, people think they are expecting a deal paying $200-300 for something like this. Nobody has ever been upfront with me on any of my builds moneywise...so, it is a waste of my time/efforts to mess around with low-ballers and people thinking I am a chump. I don't negotiate, haggle, or trade.

I heard in a previous video of yours that you are in Oklahoma I live in Oklahoma myself Do you sell these? I’m very interested in buying one

No, I do not make them to sell. This one in particular has over $650 in parts costs alone and weeks of fabrication/tuning and re-do's to make it sound perfect. In order to recoup my time and money, it would be 3x that cost or more -- which no one would pay. There is a guy in Texas (Boom Boxes of Texas here on KZfaq) that makes/sells these (but, to me, they are not even close to the quality sound mine have). He uses car coaxial speakers with very little bass. This green one I made plays down to 35 Hz all day long
