Woww! I love to see your comments on Thai food. It makes me appreciate what ive eaten since i was a kid even more. And the fact that even though you travel to different countries, you learned Thai, is very very impressive. Thank you & very welcome to Thailand In the “Khao Tod” or the deep fried rice ball salad, the carbohydrate is the rice ball. And in the duck noodle, “a little bit of sugar” you mentioned was actually a bit of MSG. 😊

For any foreigner who come across this and might be interested in trying fried basil with rice or Prad Ka prao (ข้าวผัดกะเพรา) It surely is one of the most eaten dish in thailand and almost every house can make this dish. With that being said, some Pad Ka prao dish may taste different than other house or restaurant pad ka prao as people’s favorite taste are different. Some might be too oily and some might be dried but the core taste of Pad Ka prao is spicy, salty and a lil bit of sweet. So, if u’ve tried it once and u don’t actually like it, u should try it one more with another restaurant or food house and tell them what kind of pad ka prao do you want to eat, trust me, Thai dishes are extremely flexible and every thai people know that, they can make it just as u would like. So, don’t be afraid and pls be open with another thai dishes outside some popular dishes. I’m 100 percent sure that u gonna love it. TLDR: Don’t be afraid to tell ur favorite or desired taste to the cook or chef of the restaurant. They can totally make it happen for you and it’d be great if u’d like to try another thai dish. Hope u’ve a wonderful time traveling and staying in Thailand.😊😊😊

You don't have to eat the chilli in Som Tum, Pad Gra Prao or any kinds of Yum. It's too spicy for many Thais too. Thais always leave it there. It's just like when you eat Tom Yum you don't have to eat lemongrass or galangal. I have watched many videoes on KZfaq foreigners always try to eat chilli or big pieces of chilli. It's not necessary at all because the sauce is spicy already except you like it more. I just would like you to know.

It up to you to choose what you would like to eat…. so, sometimes I just confused why foreigners always said that Thai food is very spicy🥵🥵 In spite of the fact that our Thai foods have many dishes and many flavors 😇 Almost entire foods in your video are my favorite (of course, I like it not spicy😅) Thank you for sharing these delicious dishes in Thailand #hope you really enjoy with it ✌🏼😊🙏🏼

I'd add Kao Ka Moo (rice with pork leg stew) ข้าวขาหมู and Kao Kaprao Ka Moo (use the pork leg stew to stir fry with Kaprao) ข้าวกระเพราขาหมู Quite an underrated dish. there are store everywhere, some good, some not so good. Another fast dish similar to Kao Mun Kai.

Should take away naem kao and change to kao kamoo instead. Then you have kao mookrob ( crisby porkbelly) kao moodaeng.. pad siew , radna... kan tell u all day long

I love Som Tum but if you think that is hot what hope do I have. The Dim Sum looked amazing, have saved this shop for when we visit. Probably the only food in Bangkok all our family can agree on is Dim Sum.

The Pad Krapow (Stir-fry Thai basil)Rice restaurant you intorduced is a restaurant located very close to the apartment where I live now. So I was surprised. I go there to eat sometimes. It is a delicious restaurant.😄

I am in Bangkok right now and the crispy fried chicken is amazing . It is perfectly cooked , nice and moist and crispy on the outside . Plus it isnt greasy like KFC . Go to any stall and you will get two large pieces for 80 -90 baht , with fried garlic on top and sweet and sour sauce . But dont forget the chillies

when you come to Thailand You should try to eat real Thai national food is Pad Kra Pao. There are 5 options you shouldn't miss, 1. with Seafood or fish, 2. with Crispy pork, 3.with Crab meat, 4.with breef and 5.with mixed meat(รวมมิตรเนื้อสัตว์). And don't forget to order a crispy fried egg but the yolk is not over cooked(ไข่ดาวทอดกรอบแต่ไข่แดงไม่สุก). Or served with fried century eggs(ไข่เยี่ยมม้าทอด). the basic menu and cheaper menu are Pork or Chicken Pad Kra Pao. The last option for vegetarians is Pad Kra Pao with fried egg tofu(ผัดกระเพราะกับเต้าหู้ไข่ทอด). enjoy!

You have to eat the Hoy Tod with Hoy Tod's special chilli sauce on the table, it will be delicious. I'm Thai and I've never eaten with fish sauce chili. I really like your videos and I'm subscribed to you.

The sourness in Padthai sauce isn't from lemon juice, it's from tamarind juice. by the way glad you like it. Please try Yam pla dook foo and Khao soi.

Crispy oysters pancakes is my favorite one but I like to eat with only the pancakes sauce not together with the chili fish sauce since the fish sauce may make the favor of pancakes change a little bit 😊
