I also love listening to you. As a helper; nurse, home support person, hospitality worker, I realise how important it is to help ppl and have done so for the past 30years of my life. Yet I feel it’s a bit judgemental to say that only those who are “looking after themselves” by way of healthy lifestyle and spiritual work can really practice astrology and help others. I understand what you are trying to say yet feel like it comes from a holier than though place. Maybe it’s because of your religious background and therefore your opinion - which I respect. But I believe that a person who has walked a varied life, can walk in other peoples shoes, is of everyday misfortunes, and one of the people can make very good healers and helpers. They don’t follow, they don’t lead , they walk beside with no judgement. We all have our own perspectives, our own view of the world and this is what makes as all unique. Thank you

I have always been fascinated by astrology, even in my younger years. It has helped me to understand myself and my loved ones better. I hope to keep learning and also live a healthy spiritual life.

Congratulations on your 10th anniversary. Thank you for being so vulnerable and open. I always learn a lot from your teaching and I’ve been studying astrology since the 60’s ! I love that you shared your observations about no one’s life being perfect and no one’s karma either. If we stop our comparison to other’s lives and are able to better focus on our own, we would definitely be living instead of reacting. It does help those who have depression to know too that they are ultimately not alone in suffering. But the fact that others without depression, or without the grief of loss or bereavement, still suffer in their own way, makes sense. As I grow older and more experienced, and after having known many people, I have felt that this is true, and that it is counterproductive to compare. Was it Ram Dass who said something like , It is what it is ( and that’s all that it is) ? Wishing you many blessings and rewards always.

I’m One of those who was shocked when I discovered my chart as it does have some harsh lessons contained within . Luckily with the living support of my personal astrologer for over ten years . I have learnt to work and fix the fixable . Avoid the destructive patterns as much as possible . Xxx basically astrology has shown me my subconscious pattens and where to try not to ‘ go there’ saved me lots of time , effort and heartbreak xxx

Although I try not to define myself by a static image, learning astrology and starting to understand the different facets as they can show in a natal chart helped me see potential and develop some love for myself. Not through externalizing the ‘bad’ and blaming the sky instead of taking responsibility for my own actions, but seeing the many pieces-both good and awful-from a spectator’s view. There are things about the wheel that I love and am fascinated by in the context of a system, that I hated in myself. Seeing events as they unfold through an astrological lens makes it even easier to see how people mostly do the best they can under the circumstances at any given time. The connections between us aren’t always easy for sure.

I appreciate everything which you said. I have a hard time understanding how any astrologer could be agnostic or atheist or not believe wholeheartedly in reincarnation, but I have heard a few speak. I believe as you do, that treating your body as the temple which houses your spirit and having a spiritual practice is essential, as an astrologer. I am an astrologer, yogi, medicine woman, herbalist, ordained minister, energy healer and seamstress(I make hemp clothing), I mention these not to lift myself up above anyone else or to title myself in such a way that might do so, but to give information about myself which is in alignment with your points, pertaining to the "standard" that one might aspire to as an astrologer. Which are really the "standards" which every spiritual being might aspire towards. I consider astrology to be a spiritual practice. Namaste'

Wow, congrats on the 10 year mark! 🎉 I have been studying and reading the tarot in earnest for 7 years and began a deeper study of astrology to better understand the concepts and meanings of the cards. The deck type that I primarily read has the corresponding sign and planet indicated on the card (sometimes planet only/Hebrew letter/element). Recalling the astrological significance of a card helps me view their message or meaning in a sometimes more personal way, like they are personified in part by their planet/sign. And vice versa, tarot has deepened my study of astrology. To top it all off the I Ching has brought in another rich layer of significance to my personal spiritual study, and to my understanding of the tarot. I credit your videos for pointing me in the direction of my copy of the I Ching collecting dust on a lonesome shelf! (I have no idea why I’d never done anything with it. Perhaps significant timing?) It has been very powerful in guiding me to many new horizons, especially in my internal world.

I think that we are all living consciousness,including the spiritual consciousness of the planets or orbs! This means that respect should be given, I do not believe in worshipping anything,that's old school for children ! But with much knowledge comes much responsibility, that starts with respect to those who have lived lifetimes of experience including being a divine being ! Planets are indeed divine beings! In that we will be learning,loving and experiencing higher understanding through there compassion for our evolution. Mutual Love is needed this requires us to acknowledge that they are even real ! That they have given us the ultimate service to others beyond our compassion. So Acyuta you are so very correct in that we must have a sincere understanding that this is all a part of a bigger spiritual perspective for it Astrology to serve the objective of finding ones path. what a great topic! wondering if you have ever read a chart-and dis covered - narcissistic personalities? I think that is a result from parenting -child development, but Ive seen a chart that had the Sun in Aqua and Moon in Scorpio- and I think their total opposites and create so much chaos- so just thought to ask if you can read into the weirdness from ones chart or not?
