Many times our relatives, unintentionally, instill in us fears that over time become part of our lives, or perhaps we have experienced stressful situations that have marked us and do not let us evolve. We permanently close ourselves to possibilities and, without realizing it, this leads us directly to failure.
The most convenient thing would be to work to leave those fears and start from scratch, to change our lives. Many times we think that ruining existence is getting into drugs or alcohol, but what really stops us from being successful are those fears with false foundations. We must leave the prejudices or standards imposed by society and fight for what we really want, without expecting to please anyone but ourselves. Nobody can determine what is better or worse, only you know what makes you happy. These are the ways you could unintentionally be ruining your life.
