I have a white light lamp,a lighting pot which was made by me itself it has a colourful lights which motivate me to sit for long time, all stationary, also all books under the table itself, a box in which all medicines were there.., white board , water bottle , personally I don't keep any snacks on table becoz it may distract...,and l use sticky notes on wall either for a timetable syllabus or just to remember any topic or formulas... and many more...

mam i have to watch lectures from phone and i easily get distracted because of my phone what should I do.... i have tried a lot of tricks like i use to download my lecture and then turn off my mobile data so that i won't get distracted by any notification but this didn't worked for me i become more curious to know if I received any message so after some time i turn on mobile phones data 😭 i even tried parental control and digital wellbeing features of phone but that to dint work 😭 if any of my friend is online and we are having any conversation and my watsapp automatically close after 10 mins because i set my phones settings to close it after 10 mins but then i go back to settings and immediately off the timmer to close the app and start the conversation with friend 😭 in this way i waste a lot of time please please give me any suggestion

Thanks MAM❤ (Tip for those who doesnt have pin board but have a slideboard) Actually My Slideboard has first side slide and on backside it has blackboard so by arranging some money you can have sticky notes paste on blackboard.
