If you follow our college adventures, then you'll know that we love Baylor University! We come home as needed for work, but every time that we do, we find that there are A FEW things that we actually don’t miss at all! Prepare to laugh at this sketch!
Going off to #college and living alone for the first time is a HUGE adjustment in so many ways! Some things can be really hard at first, like remembering to feed yourself. However, there are several things that we have grown to really love about living on our own, and having more independence. One of those things is how quiet it is in our dorm room! We grew up with EIGHT people in our house, so it was very rarely quiet.
Although we have only been away at college for one semester, we are spoiled to sleeping until OUR alarms go off, and NOT being woken up EARLY by the littles! 🙈 If there’s one thing I have learned about #university teens, it’s that we don’t mess around when it comes to sleep. We take it very seriously! At one point, being awakened by kids would be no big deal, but now that we’ve seen the other side… it can be hard to deal with having it happen again! It’s a good thing the kiddo's are so stinkin' cute!
While we’re on the topic of kids, it’s like the minute we walk in the door we are in charge of carpools again. Like, WHAT?? 😅 Of all the things in this skit, though, the hardest thing for us to adjust to when we are back home with our family is having a curfew again!

Of course, this is just a funny #comedy skit that we got a kick out of filming for you! This is obviously exaggeration, for comedic sake. We love our family SO much, and we know that they are always behind us. 😂 (Even though there are a few funny things that we don’t miss about home, there are so many more things that we do miss. ❤️)
