The undertaker should’ve retired at 20-0. The selfish side of me wants 21-0 but 20-0 was so perfect. End of an era, Triple H, Undertaker and Shawn Michaels at the ramp staring off at the crowd. Walking backstage together, it was all perfect.

The Undertaker should of retired after his streak ended. After that happened it didn’t seem like much of a big deal whether he won or lost at WrestleMania.

I was so against Lesnar ending the streak that I straight-up stopped watching wrestling for four years. I was so damn mad about it, and even now I'm still upset about the decision.

I just re-watched the Mania 19 match between Taker, Big Show and A-Train, and I gotta say it was really good! Taker's cardio was top notch there, he was moving like a guy half his size (and he was extremely buff during this time). I can't think of a guy his size who was nearing his 40s put on such a fast-paced match. And the crowd was invested too, which makes the match all the more entertaining!

Hope they solve Kurt’s retirement like this : Kurt squashes Corbin , gets a mic and says he expected better and issues an open challenge . Cena’s old theme plays and comes out with his old gear . It all comes full circle

Good video. Also great point on the fact that Undertaker still had some juice in the tank after Lesnar. I never caught on to that. I think ending the streak might if psychologically messed Taker up where he doesn't go hard in the piant as he did before.

I still say Bray Wyatt should have beaten cena at 30 and taker at 31 to start a new streak. Also a win over rock at 32 would be nice. It was dumb to give the guy that broke the streak to a part timer but it did heat lesnar back up. It was dumb having lesnar show right up and lose his first match back to cena. Also from the way I have heard hogan tell it the plan all along was to beat yoko at end of 9 and then drop the ttile back to yoko at kotr 1993. I also think they should have done cena vs taker while the streak was going. I think they stayed away from it though so that way every mania you had a cena match and a taker match.

I remember watching wm 15 as a kid and seeing big boss man being hung by the cell. All I could think was holy shyt this is awesome!! How are they doing that without him getting hurt? Even as a kid I knew wrestling was theater like watching a play but seeing him get lifted up by the cell seeing the undertaker watching him as he rose and boss man wiggling around like a worm on a hook it was a wm moment for me. They sure dont make stuff like they used to.

For number 10, I don’t have much of an issue with musical artists appearing at WM. If it’s integrated well. The full on performance are pretty dumb. But moments like Snoop Dogg accompanying Sasha Banks to the ring are pretty cool and fun.I love huge name musical artists remixing already great entrance songs, putting their own touch on it and making it amazing for different reasons, I think it’s really fun.

The issue with letting Lesnar break the streak is that he didn't actually do anything. It needed to be someone who is going to build a career on it not a part-timer who would never even be there afterwards.

Undertaker's streak ending was perfect. Look at how things led up. It made Lesnar a legit monster in the ring, a sign that Taker should've retired, but most of all, it's something what Mark wanted. He wanted to lose in the first place. The dude had Kurt Angle or Randy Orton to end it, but they respected him; However, once WWE finally fulfilled his wish, it was only fair for Brock Lesnar to do it. We all know that Taker should've ended his streak undefeated, but the Deadman is an old school wrestler. Your final match should be you laying down on the ground after a loss. He should've retired when Lesnar beat him, but I'm sure when he loses his 3rd loss, that'll be it. That's just my 2 cents and some facts.

I tend to argue with these segments, however, I agree with the opinion of Lesnar ending the streak. I feel that it was the right thing to do and it was believable. His legacy is too strong anyways to be damaged by any other loses or matches that occurred

My opinion on the Undertaker's streak is that I think that WWE did all that they could do with Wrestlemania streak from beating every member of Evolution, both members of DX, Kane twice, 2 giants, a handicap match, winning three titles belts, that all that they had left to do was end it.

18 is a tough one to criticize, because *nobody* expected the bizarro land fans to cheer Hogan like crazy and boo Rocky (and cheers to both of them for improvising a new match that played to that dynamic, having planned for vice-versa) and just generally raise the roof like they did. The better example is 25. Triple H and Orton (while their match itself had its own problems) were never gonna stand a chance going on after Taker and HBK, and anyone should have known that.

At 6:15 you say at WrestleMania 30, there was plenty left in the tank. I don't know how anyone can say this about The Undertaker. His last great match was against CM Punk at WM 29, after that he was finished. At WrestleMania 30, he looked like a shadow of his former self and he's never looked good in any matches since then, especially in the last 2 years against Reigns and Cena were he just looked terrible. It's sad to see

The streak had to end at some point and as Heyman said it “Lesnar was the only guy who was believable” Enough hating on Lesnar, he was the only guy who made sense to end it as it fit perfectly into his beast character. Had they tried to use on a younger guy it wouldn’t of worked.

I absolutely loved the whole Triple H/Booker T WMXIX storyline. Even better was the fact that Triple H won out in the end.
