Kudos to Mike. Just because most people don't know -- or care -- about something, that doesn't mean it's not important and useful to know in the right environment/situation. I take pride in knowing stuff most other people don't.

I knew the small pocket would be for pocket watches because my velcro watch strap broke in high-school and my watch became a pocket watch.

The pointy cap on toothpaste you don’t see much anymore but you do see it on creams, gels or similar, like savlon or ibuprofen gel.

The small pocket I’ve known as a “change pocket” meaning for coins. I still use mine for that specific reason, or my antacids or something I don’t want getting lost in my deeper pocket lol

The first six facts are kool and helpful especially the keyboard one, soda disc one, underwear one, electrical one, and the lollipop one. The pen lid one also, airplane window one as well and lunula one.

Those Chinese takeout containers were designed to be opened up and used as a portable plate. Can't say I've ever done that though.

"Although this isn't really used anymore..." Re: those bumps on the keyboard. This person doesn't know what they are talking about. I use them all day every day and wouldn't be able to operate a keyboard without them. How else would I know my hands are in the right place w/o looking at my keyboard? What does he think people look at their keyboard like neanderthal's when they type?

Exactly what I was going to say. The narrator is obviously not a touch typist. I've been typing for almost fifty years (and, boy, are my fingers tired!) [insert groans] and most of my family and friends know this. But the first time one of them actually sees me typing, they're amazed that I don't look at the keys as I'm doing it. I always ask them, "What do you think 'typing' is? Hunt and peck for each key? That is not 'typing'."

My father actually used the watch pocket. For his watch, so I've always known that one. And I'm an old touch typist, so of course I know that one.

Honestly, I knew 9 out of 10 already. And i could guess the 10th with logic. (Pen cap hole) 5th pocket isn't useless. It's a perfect fit for lots of many useful things like lighter, folding knife etc. He was wrong about them being useless anymore.

Not useless. When I’m wearing my work jeans the “frontier pocket” is where I keep my key for when we LOTO a machine to work on. When I’m not working I fold and slip a bit of cash in there instead of keeping it in my wallet

The hole in the pen lid answer is wrong. You could never breathe through such a tiny hole. It's purpose is to equalize the air pressure inside and outside the lid. If there were no hole, the trapped air would prevent the cap from going all the way on the pen.

So before 1991 a person would not be able to put a cap on a Bic pen? 😂 I have put many caps on Bic pens and didn't have any trouble with it even before the hole was there.
