BG 3 has a great character customization system which includes: BARBARIAN, BARD, CLERIC, DRUID, FIGHTER, MONK, PALADIN, RANGER, ROGUE, SORCERER, WARLOCK, WIZARD and other subclasses, races & backgrounds. Baldurs Gate 3 has a great alchemy crafting system, spells & actions, illithid powers & cantrips. Weapon Proficiency is related to your class. The companions you'll get in this game are ASTARION, SHADOWHEART, GALE, LAE'ZEL, WYLL, KARLACH, HALSIN, MINTHARA, MINSC. There are hirelings too. All the quests & npcs feel lively. This game is full of thrills, romance & adventure. You'll get a lot of magical and secret items throughout the world. The map of the world here is very big. Talking about Baldur's Gate 3 which is a role-playing game set in the Dungeons & Dragons universe. It is the third game in the Baldur's Gate series and was developed and published by Larian Studios. The game was released in early access for macOS, Windows, and Stadia in 2020. It was released for Windows in 2023 and for macOS and PlayStation 5 in 2023.

One thing that I have consistently learned from these BG3 "secrets" videos is that apparently a lot of people play through this game without ever clicking on or looking at anything

In their defense, I was also like that as a player in the beginning. I'm used to skyrim and I don't explore in that game. I learned how to explore with bg3

It's easy to miss stuff in this game even when you try to explore everywhere and interact with everything. My very first run I missed helping Us at the start. I could hear him, but somehow missed the lift thing to get up to him. I had read about him so after the crash I thought maybe ge would turn up elsewhere and was bummed when he wasn't hiding with the other Intellect Devourers at the crash site. Ended up restarting that game after I learned I was handling long rests way wrong, and made sure to find him right away that time, and every run since.

@@mewmew34 How were you handling long rests? My first playthrough, I tried to go as long as possible between long rests. I learned that I’d been missing content that way, so I’ve taken a lot more long rests my current playthrough.

Dealing with Doni's father, I'm pretty sure he was left in Avernus based on the fact that he was trying to get the letter there via the Styx

You can also pickpocket the piece of staff from Dhourn if you keep him alive. Last time I did that fight, I disguised myself as a female Drow first. Each time the Spectator un-petrified someone I had someone cast a single shot of Magic Missle at them to break them free of Spectator control so they could help with the fight, then just demanded Dhourn hand over his memory shard for the forge, and had Astarion pickpocket the piece of the staff during the conversation. Had him pickpocket the sickle during the Booal thing, too, so my party could get the blessing without a sacrifice.

The Stool of Hill Giant Strength sounds like a joke, like some of the super specific mods I've seen that function like "temporarily makes dash action summon the basket of equipment"

I have a little easter egg for you buddy. 1: Go to Druids Grove Act 1. 2: Go to camp. I just needed to get you go to the correct campsite first, so this is the campsite with a river scene. 3: Behind Astarions tent are some rocks, you can jump up there and explore a tiny bit and you should hear some bonus music. So this is just about the hidden music track that plays whilst standing in that area behind Astarions tent.

I also heard this song the night before the characters enter into Act 3. I was standing on the cliff and looking out at the city/scenery when it started playing.

There is a buried treasured chest in mushroom area. After the rescuing is done, and I've mage handed the the noble stalk over, I shoot the mushrooms from a safe distance. Then I set the fumes on fire, and once the fire burns out the area is safe to walk though.

😂 I’ve restarted my play through because of these videos. Upside I know where the baddies are and what players I need. Down side I’ve lost hrs of game time. But I’m not complaining especially as it helps me in the long run🤷‍♀️ I’m a bit ocd with this game. If I don’t do it the first time I just restart 🤪🤣🤷‍♀️❤

I don't see what it's good for myself. You just extract the dwarf, get the noble stalk and torch it all.

You could also just use glut to do that part. He can throw items just like a mage hand.

I don't really hang out much in underdark, but some interesting tips. The gear seems pretty lackluster, like token reward
