the TCG referred to them as "Shining" Pokémon, however going by leaked chats between devs for G/S, they were originally called Color Pokémon and or Different Colored Pokémon.

They kinda do... They made a mini-serie that never incorporated gen 6 and 7 that was called "Pokémon Generations" Each episode was a different generation with a piece of the game's actual story.

I was told you had to wait for a specific launch number and then you could take the rocket.

My myth was the rocket will take you onto the moon where you'll find Jirachi

Maybe. But on the other side, it seems GF is going by the Zodiac for the fire starters. I think only 3 animals were left, so it was kinda a 1/3 chance of getting that right. So it is possible to just be a lucky guess. We might never know

Its a shame Embit was a better design. Scorbunny is bland. If you don't know its a starter, you would think its a route 1 rodent. Nothing about Scorbunny's design screams fire type, since its primarily white (Which imo, is a bad thing for a starter Pokemon, since it needs to stand out from the rest of the Pokemon).

PokeMMO, kind of. The last time I played (~2 years ago), they had Kanto, Hoenn, and Unova & I believe they were working on Sinnoh at the time (maybe it’s out now, I’m not sure). It’s not the same as going to Kanto in GSC/HGSS, but you are able to bring your Pokémon into each region after reaching a certain point in the game I’m pretty sure. I think you can go back to the region you came from after around the 3rd or 4th gym? Could be wrong with the number on that one, idk

Uranium has some concepts that ended in gen 8. Like Colarva and Frosthra ended becoming Snom and Frosmoth, same with Minicorn and Kiricorn becoming galarian ponyta and rapidash. Stenowath is also basically Dracozolt. And the fact that Corsola got an evolution at all. There is probably more I'm missing.

I remember seeing his work before, its very realistic, but I always found the designs too drastically different from the Pokemon themselves. I love in Detective Pikachu that all the Pokemon look realistic, but still like themselves

@@BearWith_You I like Palmer's work as a type a parody, they're anatomically realistic and are based off real animals. The Detective Pikachu movie is closer to home and by the book. They each have their own charms~ Edit: For example, Charmander series looks to be based off the basilisk lizard.
