EDIT (01/03/21): I'm aware of the Hello to Arms update. They added a mode where you can keep weapons unaffected by the Sorceress' blessing, although they have limited ammo (that you can only get at the Shop), a few aesthetic changes and a new boss. Other than that, the game remains pretty much the same, making these tips still relevant.
After talking about Enter the Gungeon for as long as I could, it is time to put Exit the Gungeon on the spot and squeeze all the juice out of it... for what it's worth. A bit of a cakewalk compared to the first game, but I still have some tricks up my sleeve. Hope you like them!

00:00 - Introduction
00:42 - #1: Play the tutorial at least once.
00:51 - #2: Don’t stick to just dodge-rolling. Jump, jump and jump.
01:48 - #3: Avoid any kind of damage to keep your combo counter up.
02:30 - #4: Bouncy Bullets + Fat Bullets = Victory.
02:44 - #5: You can land some hits on bosses before the introduction screen.
03:07 - #6: While fighting the Last Dragun, stick to the right side of the screen.
03:38 - #7: Don’t mistake the flying blue items for active or passive items.
03:57 - #8: Your blanks will be replenished at the beginning of every new floor if you have less than 2.
04:09 - #9: The coins you didn’t grab will be automatically picked up before entering a new room or a boss fight.
04:25 - #10: Enable Beastmode.
04:43 - BONUS: Talk to every NPC at the start of every run.
