@@Reapertips I also copied most of your MIDI toolbar following what I could see in the video and got a few extra awesome functionalities, like that crazy Mordi script to find the key of selected notes, but there is still like half of the toolbar that I don't know what is. Mind sharing it?

Really great work, super useful tips. I am a bit overwhelmed by the amount of changes I would need to make to get to your workflow, but I have to say, the things you do are all actions I wish I had started applying from the beginning of my composing journey. Something helpful when you get new actions and shortcuts is to just put them in a custom toolbar, so that you can see them in a glance and be reminded they exist (and also see the keyboard shortcuts).

Really like this. I haven't finished watching so apologies if it's covered later, but for selecting patterns, try using the Filter (default is press F). Then select a note in a measure, and im the filter tell it what pattern you want selected. You can then e.g. copy/cut/delete those or give them a consistent velocity.

Right now I am reorganizing my "Empty TCP menu" to have direct access to a more organized Track Template menu. Yours looks so clean :) But a question is: how/where can I specify icons to be displayed in front of each folder? Maybe it is a Mac only feature?

Thank you Matty! - I am using a Stream Deck. I honestly don't use it as much as I thought I would haha, but there's definitely super helpful things you can setup in there. I have seen people map it to all their most often used plugins or track templates. It could be a great companion for REAPER if you took some time to map it out. I just keep procrastinating doing that 🥲

Ok. About routing. Are virtual channels 3-4 unique for each sidechain when assigning a sidechain, or are they the same for the entire project? If I send a sidechain from kick to bass to channels 3-4, then the sidechain from lead to pad should go to channels 5-6? Or is it also possible for 3-4? If I send a lead to 3-4 too, will it affect the bass? Thanks!

Im going to try out the mouse wheel for vel, checker deselect, the custom action sequence for toggle drum view vs melodic view, and last and most significant the single click to enter a note! Been annoyed by having to drag a little bit to enter a note for about a year, keen to try out not having to deal with that. Thanks
