The purpose of the Sprint Review is to inspect the outcome of the Sprint and determine future adaptations. It is an impactful Scrum event that can potentially make or break your organization’s Scrum adoption. However, it might also be one of the most misunderstood and poorly facilitated Scrum Events.
Sometimes, the Sprint Review ends up as an event where Developers demo tons of details that make no sense to stakeholders. At other times, it can become an elaborate, choreographed promotional event to showcase the talent of the Scrum Team. In either case, the responses are usually underwhelming and the Sprint Review results in a waste of golden opportunities for valuable learning and course-correction.
In this webinar moderated by Patricia Kong, Professional Scrum Trainers Ravi Verma along with Tony Lee and Nagesh Sharma share some common real-world challenges their clients and students have faced in their Sprint Reviews and ten adjustments that have helped them overcome these challenges.
