So, that's an overall efficiency improvement of 14% + 37% = 51% you are looking at as a Project Manager which is a very very optimistic scenario to achieve. Hence, there is very less chance that that project will be completed within budget.

I am doing your 2023 mock simulator on udemy, and it's very difficult hah, many answers are so close. the multiple selection questions have all answers appear correct, it seems more difficult than the other mock exams, o and the answer for CPI 0.86 / TCPI 1.37 is zero chance, project will be over budget :) I just think TCPI is reverse of CPI/SPI, if over 1, it's bad and over budget

HI Vignesh, I think it's a very non-productive way of preparing for the exam, where you just study to pass an exam and not make effort to understand and appreciate a subject.

Hi, I am currently studying for the Pmp exam, I am currently doing mock exams as I just finished studying the 3 books - the PMbok 6th and 7th edition plus the agile practice guide. Now, I learned that there are another book called Process Groups, should I study that book as well? Or should I just now do mock exams and try my luck?

I have a question that i hope you (or someone on here) can help me with. I'm taking a Udemy course to fulfill the 35 hours of education required to apply for the exam. Outside of that, I don't want to sink a ton of time or money into preparing for a test I might not even get to take. My question is, once the application is approved to take the PMP exam, how much time does one have to take and pass it?

I passed my pmp exam on 2nd Jan with 3 ATs with 30 days of preparation + another 15 days writing & analyzing mocks. The exam was quite difficult and I remained under pressure throughout the exam duration. The first 70-80 questions were nerve racking, all the options were long & lengthy and so close. And yes, there were no numericals and critical path/network diagram questions. All the questions were situational with lengthy options. I reckon PMP exam will be tougher in 2023 than what it was in 2021 or early 2022..

@PMPwithRay 6 ай бұрын
In project management, 35 PDUs (Professional Development Units) refer to the educational hours or credits needed by Project Management Institute (PMI) certification holders, like those with the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, to maintain their credentials. It's a requirement to engage in ongoing learning and professional development every three years to stay up-to-date with industry practices and ensure the continued relevance of their certification.
