Hey Aztec woman. Why don't you learn your own language. You clearly aren't Spanish....(look at your Asiatic eyes my love, you look Chinese, aztec or philipino )...so why are you stealing European culture?? Have you ever been to Spain, just out of interest. Teach your own Aztec language.

 @no name I would have a "no name" too if I was going to say something so judgemental and prejudice as what you have said. You really show your ignorance of history. Name calling is for those who can't think of anything better to say. I bet you can't speak any other language and those who can and do are superior in intelligence. I speak both English and Spanish and live presently in Mexico but have travelled and to at least 13 Spanish speaking countries and taken lessons in most of them. Don't be such as idiot just because you are anonymous online. You would never say any of what you said if you met the woman and particularly if I was standing next to her. Si, tú puedes! Yes , you can ! Just stick with it, practice face to face with native speakers from multiple Spanish speaking countries as often as you can, Spanish is slightly different in every language, with each of the roughly 19 Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries in the world are made up of Hispanic ppl but each country adding their own slang and general flair with influence of indigenous languages of Aztecas and Mayans and Garifuna , and former African enslaved people that make up population of Haiti but also many other countries, it's fun to notice the faster , some say angrier Spanish of a Cubano, then the more laid back Spanish of Mexico to the proper, old school Spanish of Spain to Honduras where Spanish words lengthen sometimes dramatically with " la tienda" the store in regular Spanish turning into three times more syllables with indigenous languages influence, I have family still in Honduras and I don't even try with some words, I stick with basic Spanish, then you have Portuguese in Brazil with Angolan influence and tribes from the jungles influence on the slang, I have family that I'm related to by marriage there and hearing the Spanish sounds of Portuguese with the tonal changes from a tribe once tucked deep into rainforest now still only occasionally contacted in parts who call themselves The people of the Jaguar, at least one elder did as he sat by fire allowing recording of his people's creation story to be filmed. He laughed hard and loud sometimes randomly but aside from that, still his tribes language used Portuguese words which are basically - same as Spanish, - just pronounced slightly different than Spanish like ondé instead of Spanish dondé, both meaning 'where' as you increase the recipe of Spanish into more and more Portuguese you end up being asked why you are speaking Spanish but sounding angry with a mouth full of Carmel, ( this made me laugh so hard when a comedian first pointed it out when asking, because he is spot on, Spanish spoken angry with a mouth full of Carmel equals Portuguese almost literally . Like really really literally.) Be prepared to mess up and make mistakes , just ask questions and learn the basic grammar some Americans I find have a hard time remembering to put the adjective after noun, my old car = me coche viejo and not my brothers car but instead El coche de me hermano. Meaning the car of my brother. Learn slang words, some are a hoot, there is a Puerto Rican man that says ' con mis Gatos activou' when he's excited which literally translates to " with my cats activated" but slang for with my homies ready to go! Like with excitement either for a bad deed like a fight or a good thing like a party. But honestly also, as a Hispanic Native girl living in America currently, (I don't consider myself fluent in Spanish or really in any of my 3 languages) my life with my Hispanic side of family let's me happily verify, this lady is honestly so completely honest and spot on, like with taquitos and the tortilla, we use it every meal even in place of fork we use piece of tortilla. The modesty thing and cutting in line is hilariously on point and I love she tells these little things to ppl, I am in America but yesterday I was chastised by a older person asking me if I was cold with ' that tone' inside a carneceria and all because the romper jumpsuit I was wearing was spaghetti straps and part backless, ohhh no I showed arms and a lil of my bare back lol! It was all in good humor though ..... At least I took it that way 🤔😆🧐

I’m a 66 year old gringo too. But I learned Spanish when I was 19. I learned Spanish in El Salvador and spoke Spanish with a Salvadoran accent. So one time I apparently fooled an English as a second language class, that my Salvadoran wife was attending, into believing I had been raised in El Salvador because I spoke Spanish with a Salvadoran accent.

instead of using ' Adios, Hasta luego or Bye ' you can just say ' Al rato ' or ' nos vemos '; to agree with someone you can also say ' simon ' (very informal) or ' claro '; and the word ' comper ' is only used with someone you're familiar with, not to be used with someone you dont know or older people.

First off, I want to say thank you to Spring Spanish for all your videos as they are helping me a lot and I really enjoy all of your content :) I'm planning to move to Mexico at the end of the year which is really exciting as I have a lot of love for the country as it has so much to offer me. I'm from New Zealand and have been traveling for 7 years now! I cant escape being a foreigner hahahaha Even in the UK people know from sight I'm not from around here and when I talk its worse as kiwis speak English with there "E" and "I" back to front to the rest of the western world so I learnt fast not to use the world "Deck" in public and just say words like "Balcony" and try avoid the number "six" when possible lol For my Spanish though its been helpful and because I got brought up speaking a little Maori it makes it easy to role the letter "R" fluently. I might always be a "Gringo" to the rest of the world but with your help I'm Hoping to be the best Mexican I can be anyways! Thanks again to your whole team! I really appreciate all your time put into you channel :)

Your English is very good! I enjoy these videos. A tip for spelling: "queueing" is "formandose". I think it's the English word that has the most vowels in an unbroken series. "Queue" means to line up, so queueing is the gerund form. :) A "cue" is a different thing. In acting, a cue is a signal for an entrance into an action or conversation.
@roshandacummings3423

And, Paulisima, when you're talking about lining up with Americans, I think the entirety of us have dropped "queueing" from our speech. We're *so* informal, we just say, "When I / she / he / was waiting in line..." or "When you / they were waiting in line..." Hahaha. It's such a strange yet beautiful word though! The British and all of her former colonies still use it, can anyone confirm?

My mom and her family were all born and raised in Mexico. There is a resturant called Señors Tequilas and the mascot is skeleton mariachi playing a guitar. I always say that my abuelo was the original Señor Tequilla because in the only picture I have of him, he is wearing a Sombrero and playing a guitar in his mariachi banda. My abuelo lived 20 miles away from Tequila. Anyways because I am half Mexican, I always feel like a foreigner when I visit my family. But when I look at that picture, I know my true identity. But I do love my tacos and my family's homemade tortillas. For my abuelitas afterlife celebration we had a taco truck too.

In Texas it's not considered a felony to put your flag of your country or your state on your vehicle or wear it. And I think this culture has been adopted by the Mexican culture because I see a lot of trucks with Mexican flags in the window I see a lot of people with Mexican flags on cakes and shirts and bandanas. You can find about as much Mexican flags as Texas flags or American flags while you're in Texas. Often places in Texas fly all three flags.

This means "No thank you" If you don't mind getting slapped, wait for a pretty senorita to walk by and say in a sing songy chilango accent, "Vamos a matar al oso despiadadamente a punaladas, mi reina!"

I wonder why do you speak English? I think it'd be better if you spoke only Spanish? It's confusing when you mix both language.. Also, your content seems to be more for advanced learners, who's already supposed to understand a lot 😌 Cool video, btw! °^°

You wanna see Mexicans cutting in Line, go to Stand in Line to cross the Border in Tijuana :D I think your Phrase might not work there, I have tried "Hey! Cabesa de Caca!" that sometimes works :D
