There’s a common misunderstanding that there is one type of intelligence. Maybe you took a standardized test when you were in school, and that score was how you defined your IQ. But research shows that not only are there multiple types of intelligence, but it isn’t a fixed number either.
I’m going to dive into this research on today’s show. Specifically, I’m going to go over Howard Gardner’s eight types of intelligences, plus a few extra, and some examples of how they might have developed or shaped your experiences of the world.
I talk a lot about the importance of having a growth mindset and this is why. You can improve your intelligence, but you first have to believe it’s possible. Listen in, as I describe each of the eight types of intelligences and visualize each one to determine which type-or types-you connect with the most.

Yeah I wonder how so many kinds of intelligence which I used when I was a child has diminished over years. Wondering if I can restart and get back those intelligence This was insightful information

I measured my matemathical intelligence with my final school grade " B" It could have been better but working more than 40 hours per week and learning algebra on weekends wasn't very pleasant but my inner me told me" Just do it" and I did it.👍❤️

So it would make sense that the optimum intelligence is proficiency in all of these. Typically the most intelligent people I’ve met are very well rounded.

I have a fear that is based on my illusion sir I know it's baseless but I don't able to act fearless basically sir I am 19 year old boy and I have a fear like it's my magical thinking what if I behave like a girl it's literally mean like My mind convert into a girl mind when was it starting then I got panicked So when ever it come then I do compulsion so sir It had been 10 months and I am not free from my fear and sir I want to overcome from my fear and it is now become OCD, sir please help me out ,I hope for your positive response
