Istp sigma here. I dont want to stare, i want to really hear you out, i want it to be as efficient as possible so im trying not to make you feel awkward by looking at you so much. I would feel awkward and do feel uneasy when someone looks at me too long. Go back to your life please😂

1) no one outside of family likes you 2) you cannot handle as much because of limitations and lack of toughness 3) you are too hard to be around because of how slow you are Affirmations: 1) I will meet more of my people when I'm following my intuition and staying open to possibilities 2) I know that I am strong, but I am also tough in certain environments too 3) I enjoy slow paced living and take the time I need to thrive in what I set my mind to. Patience with myself is key.

Even animals know that they need to fast when they are sick, yogis and buddist know that a long long time ago, in India they have Ekadashi so this is not new to them. Western societies are very sick specialy because of a huge ego and ignorance about their true nature.

Ha..ha...ha...it is logical but not palatable in Asia. We use vinegar in our fruit or vege mix & one of the daily dishes for our meals. Adding vineger in drinks are fit for the lazy household only in our spice dietary world.

I am 80 years old and started learning the game of chess about 18 months ago. I enjoy it very much but I would like to progress at a faster pace. I win about 1/3 of the games I play however sometimes I’m playing people that are much more experienced than I. Any advice on how I can learn faster, better, or should I consider some other game rather than Chess. I hate to give it up. I really do enjoy the game. Thoroughly enjoy your podcast and thank you so much!

Jim, I'm still watching. I am going to guess after being similar. Thought I was stupid. FOUND I LEARN DIFFERENTLY. I wonder if you are right braind thinker. My mentor said need a lasso to bring men or center. Skills helped with my parents medical. Because expert. Came upon a mentor. Ended up teaching teachers how to teach. All A’s (phi Kappa phi) in my masters as ed administrator. Professors asked me to teach classes. People will learn more. No I came to learn from you. ALSO, I quit DALE CARNEGIE. They made us stand up front telling life story for prize. To become public speaker. Made fear worse.!Had great parents. Never won. I quit. They begged me to stay. Once I found my passion, became excellent presenter. Number “one fear is PRESENTING.”Never could sit to read a book. Until an accident caused a stroke just 40 & body builder. no cognitive damage. Left side paresis while recovering read a book a day. Murder mysteries. Love solving the crimes. First online book was 800 page book was Steve jobs. I worked with him on a light house project. I'm from India . After corona our students are suffering from remembering things..... I feel sad about them and I want to change our education system because it's not helping them. We are just discussing things and not doing anything for them. They need guidance and tips. Schools need to change their teaching system, also teachers need to understand the problem. If students are not able to recall things quickly, means they are suffering from this kind of disease, what Jim Kwik is explaining.
