Supposedly in 2005, a Japanese man bought an original, sealed copy of the game on eBay for the astronomical price of $733,000 USD and planned to record gameplay footage of it to post online for the world to see. Sadly, the only footage he recorded was of himself crying in front of his computer screen. The video of him crying was supposedly put on the Internet, but I've never seen it. Seeing as it was in 2005, however, and if this story is true, then it wouldn't be impossible for the clip to just have gotten lost somewhere deep in the Internet. Just my .02

The Jars in Skyrim are planned for a quest, but they stopped completing it. My thoughts about this is, the devs don't know, to which faction they should add the quest and so they stopped it. With the Mod "Legacy of the Dragonborn" these jars get a place in a museum in Solitude. So collecting them now get a reason. Try this mod, its as big as a DLC and well made!

I'm waiting for Microsoft to explain the mystery behind their lack of actual exclusives.

The No 10 is solved since december 2017! With release of the Doomsday Heists the painting is solved. We found the UFO in regular game and in one Heist. Second, we found the alien egg in one heist with a crashed UFO near Military Base. Third, we got the Jetpack to buy and discovered a giantic Rocket Silo in Mount Chilliad. So you guys are wrong. Sorry for that....

It was from an unfinished quest in which you'd have to travel all around skyrim to collect these bugs of an old dead collector who hid his treasure in some dungeon somewhere. The dungeon never got finished before release and they forgot to take the bugs out.

Mt.Chilliad is solved. it was easter eggs hinting at the planned(cancelled) alien invasion dlc for 5.

The bees in jars mystery is part of a unfinished quest that the game designers/creators didn't have time left to complete creating. So the jars are not connected to anything, they just there, unimportant, sadly. Watch Camelworks video on it, he proves it and disproves a lot of the rumors that people have created.

On the topic of the Madden cover art curse, I wish you would have given us a statistic on the overall percentage of MVPs and well known talented players injury rates in general over time. Maybe the 17 out of 20 wouldn't seem so weird if like 30+ out of 40 star players suffer severe injuries every few seasons. I think the weirdest thing in GTA San Andreas that freaked me out when I was younger was when I was walking through the wooded area south of Mt. Chilliad (sp?) and one of those pre-damaged cars just started rolling down the hill at me, lights on, engine running and no driver. It stopped soon after at the bottle of the little hill, since there wasn't a driver and all that. Never knew why it happened, but I'd guess I was on version 1.0 shortly after release.

The answer the the mountain Easter egg in gta is that it represents the story of Michael on the left, Franklin in the middle, and Trevor on the right. They all have different storylines but they always end up meeting each other. In order to see the ufo is to complete the entire game and EVERY single thing in the game. 6:28 actually that's been proven to be remains of a quest idea the modeler, who made the Jars, had come up with. The modeler says he didn't know what the mystery behind them would have been, as he made the jars before he figured out what the mystery was. He stated the reason it never came about was 1. He never thought of a good idea for what the mystery would be or lead up to. 2. Todd Howard and others shot it down due to how underdeveloped the idea was and how late into development they were. He just kept the signs in because he didn't want to bother with removing them when he had more important work to do.

The madden cover can easily be explained by a football player likely hitting the peak of his career and already racked up 4 years of high school injuries, 4 years of college injuries and at least 2-6 years of professional football to get the recognition to get on a madden cover. That’s at least a decade of training, getting hit by people at the peak of physical strength and your body starts to give out and is more prone to injury again. Look at the majority of pro players post retirement, they can hardly get out of bed in the morning without icing their legs for half an hour and taking a handful of painkillers. I knew quite a few athletes in high school who had torn their ACL, blown out their elbow, or gotten multiple concussions after just 1-4 years of playing sports

There's an KZfaqr that did the whole "Mystery hunting" thing and it led to one of the producers, which he contacted via Twitter and posted his DM's to him, saying that some guys proposed a quest involving those jars, but it was cut out weeks before releasing, so, they just left it there with no purposes at all.

#4 some guy who said he worked on skyrim, it was meant to be part of a quest that got scrapped before launch but they didn't time to go back in and remove the assets. I want to say this was a tweet or something but this was something i found out last year and as a result of adulting i cant exactly recall where i got this information. What i do recall is that i found it by accident, i hadn't actually heard of it being a big deal, i just recall that i had found on of those jars near or inside that witches out close to the exit of bleakfalls (or however you spell it) and figured hey know about that jar (come to find out there were more) and decided to take in the rest of the information. I think the guy was actually disappointed to reveal that there was no bigger thing behind it since it had gotten so much attention.

Skyrim: the bug things are actually a scrapped quest. Someone who worked on Skyrim said in a tweet that it was a scrapped quest he was working on.

Developers of Skyrim have confirmed that the jars were part of a quest, but couldn’t finish it before release, so it was easier to leave the jars in than remove them.

The Skyrim jars was solved. The graphic designers made them and asked for a quest about them, but the quest wasn't well thought out so the level designers denied it but forgot to remove the jars themselves

There's one more in Skyrim. There is a location called Lod's house in the game. When you enter it, you find skeevers and the body of Lod on the bed. Apparently, he kept the skeevers as pets to cope with the loss of his wife. There was a stone with a hat and a ring on it next to his house that is believed to be his wife's. He is believed to have killed himself by consuming poison which was on his dressing table. However, when you take the dark brotherhood spectral assassin to the house, the assassin remarks that the scene reeks of murder. So, how did Lod die and if he was murdered, who did it?

About the Skyrim Jar bugs, they were supposed to be part of a quest, but that quest never got implemented in the game. Only the jars were left behind as a collector's item collection.

My theory on the madden curse is because players are on the cover that means the previous season they had a career year and pushed their body to the absolute limits, so the following year they’re more prone to injury

About the "Madden-curse"... I think it just shows how people get a lot of injuries in that sport, nothing mysterious about it.

I came back just in time to see him get killed by something large from behind, and then the "wasted" screen. It freaked the shit out of me, because I didnt think anything could kill me in one hit from melee, and then some 5 years or more later, I heard about the big foot myth. So idk if it was bigfoot, but it was a monster sort of thing that def killed me, and since it came from behind in 3rd person mode and it was just when i came back from the bathroom, I can't recall exactly what it looked like. Maybe a crazed lumber jack. who knows. but it was def something.

a note on the gold shire children.. had a friend running through gold shire near their house, didn't put the 2 together at the time.. but he was playing and all of a sudden a weird demon voice came through the speakers while playing... we could never get it to happen again

For number 5, it had been revealed by the community that the only possible explanation is that the Hell Valley SkyTree. They are called Kodama, basically Japanese tree guardians en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kodama_(spirit). It fits the shadows shape and how they are always watching over mario in (Arguably) the most dangerous level.

Polybius was actually a Roman Nobel who was born in Greece but after a Roman-Macedonic War he was sent to Rome as a sort of hostage. There he was taught Roman culture and educated. He also however wrote Polybius’ History of Rome which details how Rome rose to power and defeated Greece. Not sure it’s relevance with Polybius the game tho

The madden one is probably more correlation than causation. Football is a pretty dangerous sport, so it's not unlikely for star players to become injured.

That Gta SA dev is fucking with us, I spent countless hours in that forest and still haven't encountered the big foot. If his spawn chance is seriously 1/10 then people would have found it by now unless the dev lied and its spawn chance is like 1/1000000.
