We want organic promos and storylines when you have writers that take bad directions from everyone but the wrestlers that have to give the promo Give them tidbits and and angles and have the wrestlers do their own promos and Fueds

wwe is trying to be a city job, where it isn't as much the high quality performers that matter, but the position they fill. so if someone leaves another person takes that position. it works in sports, business, music, but it hasn't really worked on wrestling because part of the system relies on charisma and you can't just replace that with anyone that looks like they would have it.
