Vince was right about Roman being a future star. He was wrong about how he tried to turn him into that star.

I’ll begrudgingly agree with all of these (that POS knew *some* talent when he saw it and knew how to bring out the best in them, especially Brock), but I’ll say that Nash really hit his stride and found his creative peak under Bischoff, not McMahon.

In the end, most of the time is not if Vince was right or not, but if Vince wanted to invest in the wrestler. We can see throught the years many wrestlers that barely got one chance only to be fired/buried for failling, others get eternal chances. A big example is Roman Reigns, when he was designated as the guy, he was green as hell and stumble during his promos (even today he is not even that good in promos, wont' blame him, thought, the scripts suck), yet that didn't stop Vince from pushing him with all the backlash that came with it.

If Vince was "right" about Roman Reigns, he wouldn't have wasted so much time and effort trying to make us accept babyface Roman, ESPECIALLY when the fans were SCREAMING for a heel turn.

Kofi, Vince knew he was a star, now former champ. K-kwik, now R-Truth is arguably the greatest comedy wrestler of all time and it's because Vince loves him. Honestly, for all Vince has done wrong. He's done a ton to push and spotlight Black wrestlers. You can say it wasn't intentional but before Kofi only 1 Black man had the WWE championship. Between Kofi and Big E the only white guy to hold it was Brock. I give Vince credit for that because he finally managed to normalize Black world Champs.

It was the same with Triple H as Shawn Michaels, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash liked him and saw something in him and knew Terry Taylor then Triple H’s later push was due to his friendship backstage rather than Vince seeing a big star.
