I have started Ukrainian based on your excellent videos. It sounds and seems very different from Japanese and difficult. But I will keep learning Ukrainian by watching your videos. Thank you very much for your great effort. By the way, your cat is very cute and wonderful!

Great video as some of those verbs I didn’t even know. Now we just need present tense conjugation of the verbs. Грати: Я граю Ти граєш Він / Вона / Воно грає Ми граємо Ви граєте Вони грають

Thank you very much for such a helpful video!! I just have some questions as to the sense of certain verbs. 37. Engage (залучити) In what sense? Getting engaged in a relationship or engaging in an activity? 43. Cut out (вирізати) In the sense of asking sb to stop doing sth? 49. Pass (пройте) In the sense of passing by somewhere or somebody? 73. Manage (управляти). In the sense of dealing with sth; a problem for example? Thank you very much in advance! Subscribed!

Thank you! These are really good questions, so here we go: 37. Engage - залучити (in activity), to get engaged to be married - заручитися; 43. Cut out - вирізати, to literally cut something out - a hole in fabric, a piece of footage when editing a video, also to carve etc. 49. Pass - пройти, to pass (like the time has passed, this will pass soon); 73. Manage - управляти -be in charge of (a company, establishment, or undertaking); administer; run.

Olha. Long time no see! It's me again. Yesterday I was dealing with the verb існувати (to exist) and, as far as I know, whenever you include any form of the verb to be in Ukrainian within a sentence nouns will automatically change into the instrumental case. Is it the same with існувати?

I paid close attention all the way through. Wrote each letter and word for writing practice. Hard work and... @ 13:32 спостепігати . English word is spelled "Observe." Not Obsereve. Please observe. You've taught me so much, its a great delight to give you the draftman's check mark as I once did for my Ukrainian engineering guru at work. Leonid taught me Cyrillic alphabet. You give me something to do with it.

Yes, correct. Typo, my bad. It's also спостерігати, not спостепігати 😉

Добре бачити, що Ви знову почали знімати відео на цьому каналі! Але маю сказати я вражений, що є більше підписників тут ніж у вашому іншому каналі. Бо там дуже цікаво. Офігезні відео і Ви ТАК БАГААТО читаєте (здуріти можна)... Ну схоже всі просто хочуть вивчити укр!

Спасибі, Браяне! Так, очевидно, що слухати саме про книжки українською є трохи менше охочих, ніж вивчити мову (але це дуже круто, що українську вивчають!)
