I’m sure at least 90% of the people here are K-pop fans trying to learn Korean for their idols while the idols are trying to learn English for the fans

While I am an unashamed kpop fan, kpop is only about 20% of why I am learning Korean. I have 3 family members adopted from South Korea, and while none of them spoke/speak the language, I wanted to honor and learn about the culture they are from. It is also a way for me to connect with an uncle who was more like an older brother as he passed two weeks before I graduated high school. And now that I am far enough in, it is just an absolutely beautiful language.

Wow....Im a 51 year old man and started watching Korean series. I just wish I understood them in Korean but i'm willing to learn the language. I do love the shows. Hope to visit one day soon. Thanks for this video.
