Something interesting is steves eyes are blue. Like the vindicator who was a villager with lapis injected into their brain. So its possible that steve being able to respawn and being a new old builder could mean he isnt just a late arrivel but a crafted one

Minecraft Lore is not realy a "Lore Game". It is just poeple concluding things from mob's name, behavior, spawning places and strucutres few unused files and some assistance from other games. That is why some consider it a "Quazi-Lor Though I appreciate and love all the effort the many theorists like MatPat had put into finding traces of lore and building it up. Something like a very valid and logically concluded canon that minecraft never really had, after all it is a gzme about doing what ever you want with it, to make your own story and adventure.

Yes, but that is literally what the builders had done. Do whatever they wanted, they went on a crazy adventure spanning various dimensions and made their own story that finally led to their downfall. In the end, like the two beings at the end say, it is your choice to live creating destruction or live harmoniously.

@@dembi2770 And you could choose to go the harmony route, with no big ambitious over the top endeavors, but just a cozy playful experience. also the builders where advancing and ambitious with no bad intents, it is the greed of some of them later on that make those seemingly beneficial decisions, and after everyone is with them, the selfish acts bites them in the 🫏. What is important really is the general well being, not quick gain of the individual or select group; a principal which the Builders as our human society seem to always forget.

I try to be self sufficient in Minecraft 1.19.4 by creating by not really exploring and instead creating circularly regenerating resources. I don't mine diamond, I buy diamond tools and armor and just get a limited set of netherite just for that. The pickaxe doesn't need it, the sword doesn't need it, but my armor does, that way I'm able to live with what limited netherite their is available by prioritizing my needs. I gentrify villages with decent population and pits to trap excess babies and bring them to my custom built village. That way I can trade with more villagers in shorter distances wherever I go.

"Boss" jokes aside. Im actually amazed how Matpat managed to avoid the entirety of Minecraft Dungeons which has loads of extra lore where we see the Piglins ACTUALLY using netherite (showing how they tried to move away from gold and try a new, much stronger metal.) and also showing many types of Endermen indicating how the builders' kept thriving even after they turned into "aliens". But even if they these civilizations kept thriving after their "demise" the cycle always repeats and now the netherite YOU mine is not ore but rather the remains of the Piglins' "netherite era". We dont know what happened to them but if ZOMBIE Piglins are a hint, it is probable that the Illager's zombie creations eventually reached the Nether. Amd as for the endermen civilization? Well, we wont jave any idea what happened until Mojang eventually does an End Update just like they did a Nether Update. Hopefully its soon bcs I need more LOOORE.

@@ZeallustImmortal Blaze rods, wither skeleton farms, gold farms, piglin bartering, ghast farms, netherite, quartz, blackstone, soul sand, crimson and warped wood, enough resources to be able to LIVE there without ever having to go to the overworld, nether traveling being the best way to travel long distances in the game, ... Yeah sure theres definitely nothing to do in the Nether yep.

Tetris lore is extremely fascinating. Not more in the game but surrounding it. There is a movie all about it, worth checking out if you want some real life lore.

Next time try to see the lore of Hellboy. I know that you didn't like the fact that it was at some point compared with berserk,but it is indeed a Lovecraftian story and an incredible odyssey. I would recommend the KZfaq video "Hellboy Good stories end" by Alpha rookie. It's 40 minutes and describes perfectly the vibe and the filosofy of Hellboy. I know that you would love the lore of it.

Funny enough Minecraft does give you a way to play the game without over taxing or using up limited resources. You have to actively up keep it, although you are limited to stone tools and leather armor, but it is possible. With the one and only metal item you will need is a bucket or 2 if you want to save trips. Tree farm, cow farm, wheat farm, and lastly a cobble stone generator. With one bucket of water and lava you have infinite stone, thus never have to mine iron again. Although I don't think you'd ever get to the nether thus never get to the end. Unless you get the one ruin portal spawn that is only missing one block and the chest has obsidian and a fire charge then you good

I think he got the wither skeletons right by the way. You can use the skulls to make the wither itself. Once the wither kills something it drops wither roses. The wither is made very similar to the golems you find in villages that drop flowers as well just a different type. The similarities are just too strong.
