Man Jay and Brian are such a pleasure to listen to, it’s like a mindset reset to be more positive and driven

The strongest man on earth is one of the greatest nicest guys on earth!!! IMO Jay and Brian are the 2 best ambassadors in the fitness industry!!

If I remember correctly Brian was one of the first guests on the podcast and now after 100 episodes big man is back to share his story, end of amazing carrier and plans for future. Its cool to see the progress and how history end up.. Really good conversation gents. Appreciate 100 episodes and wish you much much more. Jay love brother! ps. What an absolute gentle MONSTER. I have no doubt that with his level of mental strength and the way he attacks any challenge, that he'll be a very dangerous fighter. Literally dangerous. I would never want to look across the octagon and see a fit and focused Brian Shaw. I would Brian shit my pants.

Honestly the best bodybuilding podcast

You can do this. You get in your own head so much and thats your biggest hold up right now is your own anxiety. I have been that guy as well so many times. It always seemed like what I wanted most I would either thrive on that anxiety or allow it to crush me. I once broke a national record in the 50 yard freestyle and 3 days later at practice when I was relaxed I went .6 faster and if I would have done that in the meet that record would still be there today 24 years later. You see Michael you have what it takes you just have to show up and be your true self. The fact is some of these matches and failures or losses you have had you could have won if you were just yourself and not in your head. Devon and some of these other people think and analyze everything so much but thats their way not yours. Look at John Brzenk. The one thing he has never done is buy into the trends and background noise of whats “best”. John has always been just authentically John. Show up and just do you!

Crazy, same exact thing happened to me randomly. Diagnosed with a bloodclot in the left leg. Put me on blood thinners and still 2 mo the later my left leg is still noticeably bigger.

It's funny.. You think about famous ppl from 10, 15, 20 years ago like and think "What are they doing today? Are they happy, living a good life? Or are they struggling and unhappy?" Because you don't see them anymore. you don't know. It's weird because you don't really know them but you sort of feel like you knew them because you saw ead about them back in the day. They had influence in your life growing up so you wonder where there are what they're doing. Yup. They are doing great. Better than you and me lol. Living it up hanging out with Brian Shaw.. probably on a friggin Tuesday or something lol.
