i say the same thing to myself every time he catches one. i want to see how he does it without getting bit. ive seen many ppl get bit by them when trying to remove the hook even with plyers

I guarentee its because he didnt. Hook wasnt visible and looked like he had cut the line within a foot of its mouth. Probably the closest that he could safely get.

You can't remove it. you can only cut the line the turtle will spit that hook out I have some friends the cache them alot an keep them in tanks they spit the hook out every time

That’s about the same size hook I used to catch the Mekong catfish. You don’t always need the biggest to be successful.

Huron Middle Tennessee there's a creek called Johnson's Creek I could go down there every year in catch the same alligator snappers that was in that Creek I called him like five times five years in a row and then we had a big flood and they were gone😢
