Have you tried that kast king speed demon with the crazy 10:5:1 gear ratio? i think i might get one but also might regret it, its a bit much to its like $120 dollars.

The biggest bluegill I have ever caught was 10 1/4 " and the biggest redear I have ever caught was 10". But those fish grow faster and bigger down there in the south. I am up here in S.E. Wisconsin. You guys are spoiled. Great vid.

Dude, great show. I have access to some big gills, redears and pumkinseeds. If you are up around Milwaukee you should check out L. Geneva in S.E. Wisconsin (about an hour drive west) for big gills and those pretty sunfish. I love pan fishin'.

Bring back memories of fishing a hundred different ponds on the Osage prairie in Oklahoma, averaged a hundred fish a day returned "UNHARMED" , except crappie, of course, good luck with the fishing, and the women, but always get permission.

When you are responding too fast, treat it like top water, and look away, so you respond to the sound, not the sight... You will get them using that technique!

The round wound makes me think it's an eel or lamprey that took a bite out of your catfish.

I caught a 5-7 pound drum on 4 pound line and a crappie jig and it didn’t really fight but it was still pretty strong so now I’m waiting to see what it feels like when one actually fights 😅

You've got me absolutely hooked on after storm fishing now. Love the urban fishing. I know you don't do many colabs n idk what you think of the guy, but Jon b has a urban fishing series he's doing right now and he's into multi-species fishing plus hes in Texas. It'd be cool to see yall hook up n fish together. Might also introduce your channel to a different type of fisher also. Anyways, just a thought. Keep up the great vids
