@catinabox3048
@catinabox3048 3 ай бұрын
Remember that she's not a runner at all. Not sure if she does other forms of exercise, but for someone who doesn't, a single all-out race could easily take her out. When I was in high school and had to run the mile, I had to stop and walk part of the way, jogged other parts, and averaged 12 minutes and still, I'd feel physically sick the whole day. She probably wanted to save up for the finals.

I did an analysis on the runner who got 1st at the 2nd one (12.3’s). His stride length is about ~7-7.2 ft and his cadence peaked at about 4.5-4.6 or so. This translates to a top speed of about 21.8-22.3 mph. Towards the end, his cadence slowed down to 4.2 per second which should be about 20-20.5 mph.

Orange Oranges impossible for a 12 year old to get 12 if they aren’t a track runner or do sprinting. 12 year olds aren’t strong enough to run that fast because their muscles aren’t developed. If you got 12 without doing track, then you should be in the olympics in 10 years as a man getting 9.5
