My favourite blink and you’ll miss it moment: Robocop - in the scene where Boddicker’s gang are playing with the Cobra Assault Cannons, Leon bangs on the roof of Boddicker’s car and just briefly you can see the rear view mirror fall off. Later at the steel mill, as Boddicker is being chased he has to turn his head to look back and ends up driving into Emile, killing him.

No, Marla is not imaginary. It's thematic. Chuck P says the significance of the payphone scene is that the narrator goes forward with imagining up a buddy when It would be a lot healthier to seek a human connection with Marla.

The characters didn't die at the end of Fight Club. Real fans know there is actually a sequel book written by Chuck Palahniuk, the same author of the first where the narrator and Marla Singer are married and trying to live a normal life together

You do realize that in Silence of the lambs, Dr. Lecter was recounting a story where he cannibalized a census taker before being incarcerated. He was not in prison, therefore he was not mandated to take any medications, so there wouldn't be any reaction to the beans, liver and wine. Nice reach though.

Also in Split, the cinematography calls back to Unbreakable. at first, some shots are framed with visual “splits” between characters, like a pipe running down the center, or covering half an actors face in a shot. But it’s actually the same “comic book” framing style Unbreakable had. The “splits” are scene breaks

The first released edition of the Little mermaid, VHS, when the priest pops a Boner when Eric is marrying the sea witch freaking amazing. Can’t believe they got away with that and that pretty much no one is aware that it happened. Shout out to Kai Beamer for the phone call letting me know.

Regarding The earpiece thing: totally forgot about the other things you can do with them, like the explosions! 😮 because that makes more sense to me. The lines being fed are just hilarious 😅 And the marshmallow thing I saw!!! 😂 like the only thing I seen from this list.

Johnny Depp didn't use an earpiece for his lines. He' stated numerous times that he played music while he was filming, so has others that know him such as Jerry Bruckheimer, Tim Burton and others. He uses the ear pieces to listen to music while filming, not for his lines.

Ear pieces don't necessarily mean vanity. Tom Cruise was one of the examples mentioned, but Tom has severe Dyslexia, so much so that he has all of his lines read to him and for him to memorized because he can't read them himself.

The Kill Bill reference isnt quite correct. Carradine calls her Kiddo at the very start of the movie,well before the boarding pass scene.Also,things like the clock in BTTF3, arent hidden, theyre quite overt.Lastly, "Einhorn" ..... yes, one horn, is heard peeing whilst standing in the very same scene. Much more obscure than the apples and baneenees.

I was just getting ready to type something similar when I saw your comment. He attended MIT and originally wanted to be an eye surgeon but decided to become an multiple award winning actor instead. But he said some logical things that this child reading a script on KZfaq probably didn’t politically agree with so he’s obviously an awful human being. These people are insufferable.

i think you missed the plot with the casino royale one... vesper was supposed to walk in like the other woman but she walked in from Bond's perspective instead of the other players... only distracting him. This was likely done on purpose as you find that she was actually trying to sabotage him.

11:05 - is it a gag? Because this is not a great film, it’s basically an advert for the tech & anything alluring about it stays at the cinema as very few people own the tech able to replicate it so it ends up only as good as your tech The story is paper thin

I truly don’t understand why they only show flashes of what they are talking about. Show basically the entire scene and tell us what they are talking about then not show it. The marshmallow thumbs up was shown for less than 1 second but got to see Paul Rudd walking around no problem. Is it a copyright thing? Are they not allowed to show us?

I just saw Dream Scenario this weekend and there’s a mention of Joe Rogan and Jordan Peterson in the movie and the lady sitting next to me made a derisive guttural sound. How is A Quiet Place excellent? It is a world in which only people who survive play electric guitar and who know how cause MASSIVE DISTORTIOONNNNNN! METAL! YEAH! But some little girl did it with her hearing aid so it's revolutionary. The US military couldn't come up with the brain surgeon idea that sound hurts da bwind cwaeturs? Good movie.
