Over feeding a goldfish is still a terrible thing. No matter how you look at it,it's still murder. Yes it might have a shorter life-span or not as much use but it still has a life. If something dies,they're gone forever,they will never come back and be forgotten. Life is not something to be medled with. Your life is not more or less important than another,even if that other is a simple goldfish.

I think she might've felt guilty for ya know, going along with it and helping her in there? Though I'm not that women, so I don't know for sure. When I was a teenager I had an incredibly turbulent relationship with my parents in a dysfunctional family. One day, in an argument I snapped and yelled at my Mum that she couldn't take credit for raising me, because my friends had done a better job of supporting me than she had. She didn't say anything. The next day my father asked me what I had said to upset my mother so much. I repeatedly said I didn't know, even though I did. In the end, he gave up and said, "well I don't know what you said, but I have never seen her so upset except for the night her Mother died." I remember I was at a family friend’s cabin when I was a little kid and they had invited other families there and there was a younger kid who kept annoying me and my friend and we kept trying to push him away. Like not physically but we basically were really mean and acted like we were going to play hide and seek and then just completely ditched him. It really hurt his feelings and made him cry and years later I still regret it. I feel terrible that I made him feel that way especially since I’ve been bullied and know what he had gone through and I’ve never been able to get rid of the shame from being such a jerk. I would give anything to apologize to him. Zack if you’re seeing this, I am so sorry for how I treated you.

When I was 11, I did something similar. There was this 5 year-old kid who used to bully the other kids, and rather than gently correct his mistakes, my friend and I would tease him, and the worst thing we ever did was lock him in a dark bathroom for almost a minute until he started crying. I feel despicable thinking about it and wish desperately I could apologize, but we moved years ago and I don't think I will ever see him again
