✅Step 2 Enale Audio from Settings
✅Step 3:Use Windows Troubleshooter
✅Step 4: UPdate Audio Driver from Device Manager
✅Step 5: Install Correct Driver for Windows

Great video. Thank you! I listened to many solution videos but yours was the only one that worked! Just a note that for HP, once the driver is downloaded, there is no automatic install button. To install, you have to go back to the "Device Manager", select the "Action" tab and from the drop down menu, choose "Install".
