Kicking off the New Year and celebrating all the growth to come this year with a challenge ! Starting today January 8th, 2024 !Consider this a good way to add to your New Year's resolutions! HAMAA wants to show how huge the HAMA community is by sharing this community and training together. DM or email (hamaassociation@gmail.com) us your training videos, choreography , movement consisting of 100 strikes . The clip should be 30 seconds to 1 min in length. Those strikes could be punches, kicks, sword strikes, single stick, or double stick. Whatever you enjoy! The idea is to encourage each other and celebrate African Martial Arts and all it’s diversity.
