Known worldwide for pursuing an incredible list of 100 Things that he wants to achieve before he dies, Sebastian Terry’s story is surprisingly not about a bucket list. It’s about something more far-reaching: permission, choice, growth, and connection. “I thought initially that it would take me 100 Things to reach a state of fulfillment, but it’s taken me 72 things to realize that ‘ticks’ are just the beginning. The key to growth and happiness is finding out who you are on a primal level and then being that person, each and every day.” Now an author, TV host, and speaker, Sebastian focuses his time on empowering peer-to-peer altruism. “100 Things - What's on Your List?” Sebastian Terry is an inspirationalist who, after the loss of a friend, created a list of 100 Things that he wanted to do to find purpose. A take-off from this could be - the 100 things you do every day and or the 100 choices you make ever day - do they align with your values and or bring you joy?

Not sure you have thought about it. but wouldn't you think it's safer - while we are alive - to ask deeper questions like " Why my friend died at 24? ", " Are we here to just drink beer and have fun ?" , " Is there life after death? ", " Will we meet again ?", " Who created us and created this well balanced world ? " and so on. These questions would have probably led you to make another list with more existential questions that would be super beneficial to find out answers to

Why? This one isn't one of those run of the mill "if you dream it it will happen" positive speeches. Its about liberation, just do things that help you feel free, money or no money, and you'll feel better, work hard, get out of your comfort zone, and help others. It sounds cliche because its true

It's a concept called "Earthing" that many people embrace. Basically, it allows your body's natural energy to get recharged from the natural energy in the earth. Many studies have found multiple health benefits of allowing your feet to touch the ground (without shoes or socks) as often as possible.
