In the menu "continuous welding" , it's much better to select 2 or 3 pulses instead of 1. So You have 2 or 3 impulses very quickly (some milliseconds) , you don't need so much power, the welding is strong without burning the stripe.

Did you test with pure nickel or nickel plated steel? I wish you could test the Sequre SQ-SW2 the same way you tested this one. I can't find the current output for that one anywhere and I'm deciding between this one and the Sequre currently.

Friend, I have a bifrc dh30. I went to recharge it with a Type-C cable that I made myself but unfortunately I made the connections reversed in the Type C jack and ended up burning the spot welder board controller. Would you be able to tell me what model and specs the controller is on this board? It is that component that has 8 pins (4 on one side and 4 on the other). It is the only component that is visibly burned. I'm going to buy a similar controller and replace it with the burnt one. If you can help me thank you very much. Best regards

I, however, did a check and the bottom part where the IC is located was completely charred and damaged, so it won't help if I change the IC, so I'll buy a machine like yours in the video and use my Bifrc dh30 plate as spare parts (mosfets, bus bars, connectors and lcd). Take me another question please... would the mosfets of my dh30 be compatible with your dh30 max? What is the model and code of these mosfets? Thank you again

@@ErCanEverything The curious thing is that in the link you put just in the 1st/2nd answer for the purchase of the power board, in the photos of the ad, the mosfet has the inscription 4N03L01 and has 7 pins (6 bigger pins and 1 smaller one that doesn't touch the board). My DH30's mosfet is like that too (6 pins + 1) with the inscription 4N03LR8. The one on your DH30 max v2 is apparently different. Are these 4N03L01, 4N03LR8 and 5N04N010 mosfets compatible with each other?

It's a shame the USB output is so low. I could have alot of use for this if it was better.

I saw 2.4A once but after multiple tries I couldn't get it to show the same. Maybe doesn't like the phone, but the phone supports 15W charging. This should support at least QC 3.0🤷

@@ErCanEverything yeah, if that output port was updated to USB type C it could potentially put out 12v and power all sorts of devices. If it were even capable of more like 5v 3a I could use it to power my power supply and increase it from there. It's just shy of being extremely useful. Still pretty good for a spot welder.

@@ErCanEverythingdoes the IP5306 support QC 3.0? I just checked it does not. It is the most basic type of bidirectional Powerbank board out there The discharge port is crucial it makes discharging the battery much easier

One of many of these devices on Aliexpress. The output port is specified as 2A. Apparently he doesn't deliver. For this price I would not buy this device.
