Here's a video to help anyone struggling to get the Let's Resin alcohol inks that I normally use for my petri effects, I will test these with sun exposure and update soon, I hope it helps 😊.

I really like the DecorRom colors, but they do seem to muddy more with their black. I do have a feeling that a black pigment might not muddy other colors as much as Decorom black. Can't wait to see how they hold up over time and sun exposure??? They are so vibrant, I can't imagine they will stay that way!? Of course, I am in love with Marabu's Rainbow. I had to order 5 bottles the next day after I first tried it 3 or 4 years ago, when Marilyn couldn't stop raving about it!! Well, once again you have nailed it, Dan. Thanks for all your awesomeness!! 🥰

Yep I’m with you on the favourite being the blue as well Daniel, looks stunning! I’m one of those people who struggle to get my hands on the Lets Resin products as they don’t deliver to n.Ireland, but you made this tutorial look like it is the good stuff that your using! Lol 😂. Let’s Resin are my favorite inks, but the DecorRom are a close second… but I do find that the Grape muddies with everything! And I do like their black when I run out of Let’s Resin, it’s more translucent but it stays black. Ranger’s black is terrible, it always turns a yucky green color.

With u going through so much black u should try making your own black alcohol ink. Those turned out amazingly!!! The 1 with the glitter n the 1 with the blues are phenomenal 😍❤️😍

@@daniel..cooper when I made mine for nails I made it with black pirminent markers but I don't know if it would work well with resin 🤔🤔. I have some black pigment powder. Not mica but I can't think of what it's called. I'll see if I can make some out of it n tell ya if it works

hi Daniel and thank you for another great video , this Decor Rom set i used a few times but i find that the pink and special he purple can muddy easily , be interested if you make other creations if you have the same issues, also can you suggest a sinker white as not sure what you find works best for you , and do you add isopropyl alcohol . thank you for any advice you can give .

Thanks for doing this brand. I haven’t been able to get Let’s Resin so bought this brand but I have been struggling to get the spores. I think it maybe the resin I’m using (Teexpert).

To be honest I’m not sure. I’ve looked at the bottle, leaflet and Googled it but it doesn’t say. All I can say is that it’s not overly thick.

I've always wanna try to work with resin and your videos inspired me to finally do it :) and as I didnt know how things will go I bought same inks (they were cheaper than Let's Resin and got them before I saw this video) however I'm not near with effects as yours :( my question is, what is a good temperature to pour resin into mould? maybe that was my issue with it, I did it too soon :( I'm using Let's Resin

Thanks, for petri, I do not wait unless my white creates blobs, if so, you can try adding the white 30mins after the colors and adjust from there 😊

Daniel, thank you SO MUCH for testing those middle and bottom whites! I was so puzzled by the middle sinker one, that I ended up not putting a set in my cart (few days ago). I do like the Decorom alcohol inks, as they are slightly less intense, so the colors seem to show up better for me (a bit less dark than Let's Resin inks). Oh, WOW, the bottom sinker in the black/white set does a great job! Honestly, I think did *better* than the white sinker in the color kit! Yesss, LOVE the Marabu Rainbow ink! 💕😊 The more translucent black didn't too badly with the yellows, did it? My favorite probably would have been the green, but I also love pinks, aquas, & purples for these Petri effects. I think the black overwhelmed some of the colors because there just wasn't enough color patches left after the stir. Honest opinion? I think more drops of each color (another layer?) are needed & maybe a few more sinker white drops IF we use the Decorom inks kit. BUT, their colors are clearer than my particular batch of Let's Resin inks, which are all just too dark or intense, or something. Eager to see results from the UV exposure test! Fingers crossed!

This may sound weird, but how do you open the decorum bottles? Do you just pierce it with a pen? Do you clip the tip off? How do you do the decorum inks?

Can you tell me if alcoholics can go bad? I have been trying this technique without any success. Resin is still gooey after 24 hours, especially the black. Will you recommend your favorite go-to resin brand, please? Also, is Bottom a specific brand you used in this video? Thank you

They do have an expiry date but I haven't had any issues yet. Let's Resin is my fav. Bottom is just one of the whites that Decorrom make 😊

Hi, been using this make for a while now. The blues, greens and purples tend to have the best spores. You can also get a box of middle and bottom in just whites too. Great video, thank you. Ps...any idea how we can get hold of the let's resin alcohol inks in the UK? P
