Something that has been under-explored (IMO) is the brief shot of the trajectory computer screen in Ep.2 when Helly is getting the implant procedure. The screen displays, "The selected tool is too short for trajectory". Is this possibly something intentional? Regabhi is not performing the procedure. It appears there are 3 people present, the doctor, assistant and Milchick. There aren't really any expressions that would support conspiracy from the doctor or assistant but... Could this be part of a bigger plan to disrupt Lumon and sabotage Helly's implant, perhaps to get a different outcome, an unwitting ally? AFAIK, not many theories have been forwarded on this one. Moving forward, I can't wait to see how they resolve the dilemma presented in the finale of S1. It's hard to imagine how Lumon can proceed in the Svr'd workplace with these characters. Keep up the excellent work and analysis.

Definitely going down the Class Struggle route. The only way the severed workers achieved anything in their desire to overcome the alienation, domination, and extraction that comes with wage labour (allegorically presented here as "severance") was through solidarity. Collective action. Season 2 could be an all-new department with new characters slowly learning about the "revolution" in MDR Congrats!

Oh my god I need to say it somewhere cause I am trying so hard not to spoil shit for my friend but HOW TF DID THEY JUST GUESS AFTER ONLY EPISODE 3 OR 4 THAT HELLY IS AN EAGAN 🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧. They're like "I'm putting this one in the back of my mind, I'm not too confident about it, its a crazy one but somehow I feel like she has something to do with the cult shit with the Eagans, like she's related to them or knows them, cause of the framing when she was next to those statutes of them" and before that they got the vibe that she's an infiltrator. So honestly, I'm just gonna take their incorrect guesses as likely theories for future seasons that don't even exist yet at this point. Cause how tf they managed to figure out Helly is likely to be an Eagan already 😭😭 I was literally silently screaming into my fist (it was a voice call) like holy shit. I'm usually pretty good at not spoiling things but its so hard with Severance. I would be so disappointed if they wiped the MDR crew. Memory wipes can be interesting and I’m sure the show would do it great but…I’ve become so attached to that crew and wiping them would basically be killing them all off.

I dont think they can fire or wipe the innies, theres a line from one of the producers where they say that Helly is special in some way, and i believe implied that the entire MDR crew have some kind of special quality. I think Lumon would love to fire/wipe them, but I think they'll begrudgingly choose not to

Can you make a video about why it was so easy for Hellies innie to H*ng herself? I think this ties into the theory of them all being chosen for the job due to outside trauma. It would make sense if she had some type of real world incident that caused her family to fear for her safety and adds motivation for severing her. She may not have wanted to become severed and is subconsciously more knowledgable of whats going on downstairs.
