Onion 1kg
Ginger-Garlic Paste 250gms
Salt 60gms or 8tsp
Turmeric 25gms or 4tsp
Water 1.5liter
Green Chili Paste 3tbs
Chili Flakes 2.5tbs
Cooking Oil/Ghee 1Kg
Yoghurt 1cup
Coriander Powder 3-4tbs
Cumin Powder 2tbs
