Wow! I made this today and OMG **chef’s kiss** I’m learning how to cook so i really appreciated the tips you gave about why the onion needs to be brown and how to dissolve tomatoes on a low heat to get that refines curry. Masha Allah. Afzal bhai kareeb 37-38 saal say mai khana paka raha hoon aur bahut saare recipie sikhey aur try kiye. Lekin Alhamdulillah aap kay recipe aur tafseel say bayaan karney ka andaz lajawaab hai. Kal aap kay bataey tareekay say mutanjaan pulao banaya. Masha Allah bahut zabardast bana. Yeh mainey shayad zindigi may teen chaar martaba bananey ki himmat kari hogi. Allah aap ka haami aur nasir ho.

I made it today. This is the BEST recipe. The taste was amazing and the proportions just work correctly. Follow the recipe exactly! The cardamom and daar cheeni ( cinnamon) is what gives it that degi flavor ( in my opinion)
