That’s amazing! I am just starting this journey. I was 280 , so I hope I can do as well as you have. So far after 3 days I haven’t either yet, but the keto flu hit me hard today.brain fog has definitely set in.

Just air fried a meatloaf this week, burger/pork, eggs, pork panko, salt/pepper, some leftover blue cheese and some scallions. Excellent! Also added some curry powder!

On the pork chop recipes, try coating the top sides with English mustard. Don't panic if you don't like hot mustard, as the resultant crusty bits of mustard lose all the heat, and just impart lots of taste.

I love all your recipes. Quick, easy, and tasty is what I love. Your carnivore “cereal” sounds especially good. Side pork (pork belly sliced like thick bacon) is one our favorite things to make on an open fire. In the winter I make it in the Ninja Foodie. Look forward to hearing more of your recipe ideas. Hi Sis, going to start this carnivore diet journey in about a week (will be shopping for an air-fryer today) & I'm glad to have come across your video as my journey into carnivore is it for skin health reasons. I love your airfryer. I have a small personal one which is a basket fryer but I don't think it Cooks as well as the airfryer oven you have I'm definitely looking into getting it😊 I want to replace the microwave for reheating with the airfryer

Looks delicious, but I’m on the Lion diet for now. And I’m super lazy. So I use my small air fryer with parchment liners to cook lamb meatballs for most meals and an occasional ribeye.

Oh dear still haven't opened my airfryer yet. Mmmm so far the cast iron pan is quick and easy. And, usually staying with eggs, butter, beef, lamb, and seafood. 😮 Not having salt but I do have a dehydrater.... five months OMAD 😊
