I want to share a trick I've applied in my own life. When I bought a new neckband, I was addicted to it in the beginning days, so I used to put it in a box. But since the box was infront of my eyes, I still used to take out the neckband from it. Then finally, I applied my last strategy was that, I put it away over the wardrobe in my room and you won't believe, after that I barely touched it. So, this proves that even though something exists near you, but if it doesn't fall in your eyes easily, you can avoid it.
