00:00-0:42 the biggest mistake is not asking questions only. Philosophy and psychology both are different things but they are an integral subset of spirituality only in the long run , the person who believes in detachment from the world, has some purpose in life both materialistic as well as in terms of soul consciousness will definitely study about both psychology and philosophy as everything goes hand in hand. Philosophy, Psychology, Neuroscience, Evolutionary Biology. 4 things that shape spirituality, is what I think, there may be more things to learn but these are the fundamentals of every happening in this universe. Our vedas , Upanishads, are always there , where we can find this evidence, also in other religion books , we will find the same logic of these things. (No hate to any religion)
