JP is correct, college students may not have forks and a few other things around. I remember when I did a tour of USF many eons ago, they gave me a list of stuff you couldn't have in your dorm room. Pretty much if it involved fire, got hot, or could hurt you or someone else, it wasn't allowed. Microwaves were allowed, but you had to walk and get a plastic fork or spoon to eat with.
